   I started going to Katherine Dental Care(Dr S Rajayogan) when I first moved to the area a 18 years ago and the treatment I have received is always first class and undertaken with such gentle kindness and consideration. The reception staff are also lovely and will always ensure an appointment to fit with my schedule even at short notice for emergency work etc. Keep up the GOOD WORK

   Dr Raj. Thank you for getting my teeth sorted out, in 3 visits. The 2 teeth extractions, the last minute infection, a leaky filling, and root canal treatment, alongside 4x fillings I'm now pain free and can now enjoy eating again, thanks again Dr raj

   I went in expecting professional dental care, but it felt like the focus was more on upselling expensive treatments than genuinely helping patients. I wasn’t comfortable with how often money came up, especially without clear explanations.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away, The Dr that treated me took the time to explain each step of the procedure and answered all my questions patiently. Happy with their service over all and I will highly recommend.

   My dentist was Mr S Rajayogan; he was really really patient with me and treated my entire filling ,root canal & crown procedure with sincere care. I had the best experience as a first time patient in a foreign country. Also the staff here were very helpful and polite.

   Terrible dentist, butchered a job on my granny, was meant to refer her to a dentist hospital for surgery but forgot to refer her so her treatment has been severely delayed! Unapologetic, rude and unprofessional.

   Had appointment and have been rescheduling appointments due to my health and personal reason. When called to check an appointment i was told i missed my appointment , i was asked to pay £55 in advance so i can book further appointment as i have missed many appointments. No such protocols for their appointments. No reminders are sent either by call or text. I asked for to be booked in but told i would have to go in to make the payment then only i can make an appointment. The receptionist only checked my appointment history when i asked her to check when my appointment was. She checked all my missed appointments for the whole year and said there is a note left by “dentist” to say no more appointments for me!!! I work in a similar role myself so i kinda have a rough idea about how these work even though they are not same. This so called “note” left by a dentist was never addressed till i made a call. Im not sure why i wasn’t informed of this on the day or after i missed my appointment!! You should at least give a warning to the patients in regards to your DNAs. Receptionist spoke to me as if I committed a crime. Ridiculous!!

   I had a tooth removed a few days ago and brilliantly removed no pain although I was waiting for the pain to kick in a few hours later but I’ve had no pain so far.. the guy who took my tooth out was very gentle and professional highly recommend..

   What a joke of a dentist. I had an appointment. But had to cancel rang to cancel and it was all fine as I cancelled in advance. The next the I get a call saying because I a cancelling I won’t get an appointment for 4 months unless I come in for my appointment. What a joke, they think they are one of the top dentist in town.
