I had a disappointing experience. I went in for a deep cleaning and three fillings. The deep cleaning was done in about 5 minutes, whereas my previous dentist used to do it properly over two separate appointments. Everything felt extremely rushed. The fillings became very sensitive right after the procedure, and one even chipped within 15 minutes on my way home. I didn’t feel that proper care or time was taken during the treatment, and I’ll have to get everything redone elsewhere. When I returned for a check-up, instead of addressing my concerns professionally, Dr. Ghosh brought up my previous review in a very defensive and confrontational manner. He was extremely rude and intimidating, making me feel uncomfortable throughout the interaction. Rather than taking responsibility or attempting to resolve the issue, he tried to shift the blame onto me — even suggesting that I was being “difficult.” As a paying patient, I have every right to share my honest experience. The way I was treated was unacceptable. I have therefore decided to remove myself and my family from this surgery entirely. If there is CCTV in the room, it will clearly show the nature of the conversation and support what I’ve described here. I expected professionalism, care, and respect — instead, I left feeling dismissed, blamed, and disrespected. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking with this dentist.

I’ve been really happy with the care I’ve received at this practice. My dentist is professional and attentive, and the reception staff have always been polite and helpful. Honestly, I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews - my experience has been nothing but positive. Great service all around!

I never leave bad reviews and never complain, but this time I cannot stay silent. The worst dental practice I have ever taken my kids at. The dentist (dont know the name) kept saying for years that my daughters teeth are good and nothing to worry about, until one day she was seen by other dentist named Ricky, who then said that 4 of her teeth need to be fixed, it was a big shock to me and my daughter. When I started to ask questions of how can this happen that we was always told that her teeth and good, then the dental nurse named Erika started to speak to me very rudely and in unpleasant tone saying it's nothing to do with the previous dentist and it's nones fault etc, she was sayingmany things hat did not make sense at all, the way she spoke to me was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional, becouse of her tone and wording she used, my daughter got scared and was sitting and crying in the chair, and neither the dentist Ricky or the talkative nurse Erika asked is my daughter alright, then I asked the nurse to not to get involved please as I have questions to the dentist not to her as she is just a nurse and I don't have a questions her. The nurse Erika has always been unprofessional, whenever I was taking my kids to that practice she was always sitting in reception and I have never seen her smile and greet the patients with positive energy and vibe, the vibe I always get from her was that she hates to be there. My kids has asked me couple of times, why doesn't this lady ever smile at anyone. Then other thing that shocked me was, after the dentist Ricky told me that her 4 teeth need to be fixed, he asked me do I want them to be fixed, on what I replied that he is the dentist and if he says that her teeth have to be fixed then of course I want them to be fixed. The question did not make any sense to me. All the vibe that was in that room was unbelievably uncomfortable to me and my daughter. I left the practice very shocked and disappointed and upset becouse my daughter was crying. After we left the practice my daughter kept crying and begged me not to take her back to that practice ever again. There was situation when I went there with painful tooth and the dentist (dont remember her name) was scared to do the root canal (What I could clearly see in her face expression and body language) and she said she will just fix it first and then hopefully the tooth will stop hurting, and she booked appointment in weeks time, she let me go home with painful tooth. When I went to private dentist, I was told straight away that the root canal must be done as there is no other option. Very disappointed as that practice vas very nice years ago but jot anymore unfortunately.

I am giving the one start only for the receptionist Name Flora. I have asked some information and she was giving a deep breath. It's looks like she is quite annoyed. It was quite unprofessional and also she could not answer my question as I know for fact.I guess she has eastern European accent not sure where she was from. I believe Flora needs to have much knowledge and training how to talk to patient. I have not taken any treatment yet. So can't talk about the treatment experience.

Have been a patient for many years with the same dentist. Turned up for my appointment today which was booked six months ago, only to be told rather rudely that my usual dentist was not there, and the appoinment had been changed to the following day. She did not actually say at first that the dentist had left the practice. She then started to raise her voice and was very abrupt when she told me the dentist had left. I could not attend the following day so now have to wait until mid September. Nobody called or emailed me regarding this, and there was no apology. Maybe I can hope for money off my next check-up for the inconvenience. Let's hope some of the reception staff have some much needed training in Customer Services

I can’t praise the Aspire Dagenham team highly enough. They have looked after my elderly mother so well this year. Initially as an emergency patient and more recently as a registered patient. She is delighted with her new denture and is at last pain free.

at last a dentist that treat you with respect. no lecturing no judging and no pain. the staff fall over backwards to help you, I have never waited long over my appointment time, unlike other dentist surgeries and am always greeted by a smile. although my 4 star rating says I liked it I can confirm I never like going to the dentist, this practice makes a visit that little bit better than past dentists I have been to.
