My order arrived an hour late, then the delivery driver dropped my chips right in front of me. I took my pizza inside to find the contents had all gone to 1 half it was like mush, so maybe the pizza also got dropped. It was a mess so I phoned the take away shop the guy who answered asked what I wanted to do so told them I wanted a refund. He put me onto the owner and the owner was unbelievably rude and nasty. first he asked why do I want a refund cant I just scoop the toppings back onto the pizza and eat it. then started telling me how much effort it took him to make the pizza. Then I was told I was wasting his time, to finish he told me to never buy from them again. as if I needed to be told that lol
