   I recently had a very disappointing experience at Gogo Pizza in Smethwick. The food quality felt extremely poor, and even though I clearly ordered a stuffed-crust pizza, I was given a simple regular crust instead. It really felt like there was no care or attention given to my order. On top of that, the lady working there spoke very rudely, which made the situation even worse. The visit took place around midnight, and even though it was late, I still expected basic professionalism and respect. I also felt uncomfortable because the male staff member appeared unhygienic, as it looked like he hadn’t washed his hands. This added to the overall negative impression of the place. Overall, the entire experience was extremely disappointing, and based on what I went through, I would not recommend this place.

   Walked out not even ordered as the lady working this evening (23.09.25) was extremely rude, kept yawning and speaking very rude when i asked her about toppings with meals. She then told me to be quick so she could answer the phone. She needs to be fired asap i will not be returning until then. She should NEVER be front of house customer service her attitude stinks.i would give 0 for service but its not an option.

   This place is honestly one of my go-to spots for pizza. Everything tastes fresh and made with care. Staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed, perfect for hanging out with friends or grabbing a quick bite. Definitely recommend if you’re craving a solid slice!

   Very disappointed with the pizza I received, it was burnt and had no cheese or toppings on it. I called in and simar was very rude denying that there was anything wrong with the pizza even after I sent pictures. The pizza had 3 hairs in it and I was told by the boss asim that I should check this before leaving the shop. Please make sure you check for hair before leaving the shop. Disgusting.

   Honestly, this is the worst service the delivery I have experienced. The workers have no care for the customers and take and externally long time. Just for the food to come burnt.

   The pizzas were good, especially the stuffed crust. Potato twisters are nice as well. I ordered online from their website which was a lot cheaper than ordering from Uber eats. Great customer service, and Delivery was on time.

   Ordered a tandoori chicken and cheese pizza. The cheese pizza was nice and juicy. The tandoori came as thin crust by default which is not what we ordered. Both pizzas were fresh and tasted good. But toppings were a bit scarce, very little chicken and vegetable toppings.

   I dont normally give reviews and definitely not negative ones... but this was shocking...this is what the staff do in-between orders she made our food with no gloves then sat and picked her feet before getting up and continuing to prep order. They was then confused why we wanted to cancel the order. They should have a zero rating hygiene. I would of given this 0 stars if I could.

   The dough is always fresh, has a unique flavour. Customer service would slightly need improving but then again it's not overly busy so lacking the staffing. Pizza is great, no complaints they give you sauces without you asking for them and the prices are very reasonable especially if you collect. Overall decent experience .
