   I recently visited Pizza Torino, and I have to say I was incredibly disappointed. This is the fourth time this has happened, and despite giving them multiple chances, the food continues to disappoint. Every pizza was drenched in an excessive amount of sauce, overwhelming the flavors and causing the toppings to slide off. To make matters worse, the chips were abysmal—absolutely soggy and unappetizing. The sauce was way too overpowering and really took away from the overall experience. I hope they can improve, but as of now, I won’t be returning.

   Used this place a few times and was normally okay, won’t be using them again. Received a call from delivery driver to say he was outside, went out and he was no where to be seen, rang back then he asks for postcode… how did he get to where he was? Food arrived late, box open so food cold, missed a bottle of coke off the order, rude delivery driver blamed the parking… made no sense. Was told another driver would drop the bottle off but as expected, nothing arrived, avoid this place

   Sadly terrible service. Send you food not intended for you and when repoed to them they refuse to refund or replace even though you are happy to hand over un-eaten mis-delivery. Sad as used to be great.

   The pizzas we ordered and collected were of a very mediocre standard, the shop had no external sign to indicate if you were in the correct shop, the shop itself where I waited for my phone order was the worst food outlet I have been in, the whole shop wants a thorough deep clean, the electric lights are laden with grease and when walking on the floor of the shop your shoes stuck to the floor covering, there’s a mucky old curtain hung in the rear of the shop that divides the shop collection area from the food preparation area, you need to get your shop cleaned and presentable

   Pros: Garlic Sauce Cons: Greasy food, cold because it takes 2 hours to be delivered, extremely rude man over the phone who couldn't care less if you waited a long time for your order (this really did ruin it for me), super dry chicken. Conclusion: After ordering from here twice and getting the same treatment each time, it's fair to say that i will not be ordering from here again and i'd rather cook up a bowl of soil from the garden, but each to their own i guess...
