    Delivery time was good and price was reasonable. We ordered 2 pizza with vegan cheese a Garlic bread. They overloaded the pizza with vegan cheese leaving a large table spoon of goo per slice drowning any flavours from the veg. Really unpleasant snot-like textured “cheese”’ when you use that much.. use less vegan “cheese” if you want the pizza to be nice. I only managed one slice before it went in the bin. Garlic bread had nice flavour but dough was chewy and stiff. Unlikely I’ll order again

    Ordered 10 pizzas for collection for my daughter birthday party. I placed the order and paid for 2 days before the party. On the day of the party, my husband went to pick up at agreed time and they had no idea about the order!!! Good that he had receipt with him. They managed to prepare them while he waited and kids didnt go hungry, but very stressful for us as party had to finish at certain hour. Pizzas were very good though, just not worth the stress.

    Great value pizza when eating in before 4pm. Freshly cooked (all halal) pizza straight from the oven is also much tastier than having it delivered

    We ordered pizza and were very disappointed. The pizza was burned, dried pepperoni, no garlic sauce, no cheese. When we called to complain the lady said is normal for pizza to come burned (black ) and she can't do anything about it. She was very rude over the phone and didn't listen what we was complaining about. We always order from them and eat in but we never gonna order again!

    Amazing Pizza. We like the pizzas at Fireaway pizza the best compared to any other usual pizza chain store. We usually get the pizzas delivered to our house but today we went to the restaurant and had an amazing experience. It is 30 degrees outside now but the air con is blowing cool air right on my face while I enjoy my pizza. We tried the milkshakes as well today ( oreo and nutella) and both were simply amazing, very creamy. Very friendly staff and amazing service! This is our go-to pizza place and we literally don’t eat pizzas anywhere else now! Must try!

    Great business model - Pizza is prepped and cooked in front of you. First impression of this establishment, spacious, immaculately clean and tidy. Ordered king pepperoni pizza. Cooked well, nice thin crust and very tasty. Great cheese pull and not over salty. Delicious. Online offer, 3 signature pizzas for £25. Week day offers half price. Very good value and filling. Will be visiting again to try other pizzas. Well done Firaway.

    I have no idea where these people are going who give it a bad review. One can only assume that they don't have a clue about pizza or work for some of the competition. Having had pizza from those other companies over the years this is the best one. First time buyer yesterday and it will not be the last. Really good, simple, quality pizza. What more do you want.

    We usually order from here with no problems and generally lovely food but on this occasion I ordered a birthday treat for myself a signature vegetarian all ordered with dip as usual and I got an email saying it was out for delivery.. (32 mins later even though I live 7 mins from store!!) my birthday dinner arrived with no dip even though I paid extra for dip.. the driver didn't care or didn't understand as he walked away!! I then opened the box to reveal a stone cold pizza.. I couldn't eat waste of money and nobody seems to care!!

    This place has great branding and a fantastic looking menu. Unfortunately, this is all let down by the quality of the food. The Pizza from Fireaway seems to be bereft of any kind of sauce between the cheese and the dough, making the pizza quite dry. This also meant that the toppings adhered poorly to the pizza and the flavours were very disconnected. I wouldn't say the food was terrible, but I have no inkling to ever order from fireaway again. I would rather just make myself some cheese on toast for a similar experience.

    Pizza was not bad, but I think the taste of tomato base was pulling away the overall taste of Pizza and other veges, that's I think because the base was less cooked/processed.
