1. Potato man ★☆☆☆☆

   Very bad experience firstly it said that the pizza was delivered, but it wasn’t on top of that we specifically asked for no mushroom and peppers but clearly there were a lot of mushroom and peppers. We ordered from two different websites from Uber Eats and Just Eat and both the order were wrong. We tried contacting the place and they stopped answering my calls so I had to call from four different phones for them to pick my calls they probably blocked my main call. They were really rude about it when they tried complaining and explaining what we wanted and tried gaslighting us into thinking that we were wrong we tried explaining what you wanted on the pizza but it was still wrong very bad experience very very bad experience.

   The experience was really bad the staff working are not friendly at all /not understanding.we ordered 3 pizza with no mushrooms and all of them have clearly has mushrooms on them. We tried calling them but they didn’t answer all of our calls clearly ignoring it as we tried to call them from a different number they answered. And when they did they were very rude and not patient. And also we were told that it doesn’t contain mushrooms well clearly they don’t know what they toppings are . Really disappointed

   I waited 2 hours for my order , even though I live 25-30 minutes away from the place. And when I call them for an update they said driver was on the way he got stuck in the traffic. Very poor service of delivery.

   If I could give it a 0 I would. It was one of the worst food I've tasted ever. We ordered a chicken doner and it tasted awful. One of the doners was served in a pizza box. We also ordered naan with the doner and it came in a wrap. The chicken was honestly the worst thing ever.

   Made an order tonight 5/1/2023 on just eat. I waited 2 hours for my food. When looking for an update on where it was they kept disconnecting the phone lines so you don't get through with a resolution. The driver turns up and couldn't give a care in the world and lied to say that they only had 1 driver and the car broke down. Such as sad ending to what once was a phenomenal place to eat. They changed the ownership from someone called Hamid who was a legend there and made great food and had great customer service. Never gonna come back here again and I've demanded a refund foe this immediately. Cheesy Chips - Cold, soggy - £3.50 seriously? Burger - Not warm enough but was surprisingly OK. Nice flavour. Wings - Joke. Lack any flavour and so small. They used to be alot better. Desi pizza - Lacks any quality like before really sad to taste the difference See images Disgusting I

   The food we ordered after a long hectic day when it came,, everyone in my family was starving but when we took a bite i felt literally like puking.. chicken was disgusting , smelled so badly and wen we called them to send something alternative or refund they literally denied!!! Absolutely rude staff!!!with disgusting food.. total waste of money. Guys don’t spend ur single penny on these lot. Such a big scam!!

   Had order for dinner. When the food came it was so disgusting and smell bad had order 2 platters. When we call them the staff was so rude and didn’t accept !!!!!! Make sure don’t order from here they are big scam and in professional.I will report them to Hounslow council and I’ll degenerate make sure that they check their food standards
