Took them 1hr to deliver a pizza driver got lost and pizza was stale burnt and cold we ordered 15inch and got 12
Just ordered a fireball keema pizza. Ate first slice thinking the Keema maybe hidden under the cheese. No there was one small piece on top. Thought they may have missed a bit so took one bite out of second slice, and none. Rang and was instantly told no problem ill send another one just don't touch it. To late I ate 1 slice and a bite out of the other. Oh dear then there's nothing they can do. Needless to say they have just lost a customer who has used them since they opened. Never again.
I do like their pizza and the price is OK for a set pizza from the menu. They do any size for £9. I given 3 stars because when I add 2 extra toppings its 3 pound extra which is a joke. So stick to the set menu.
Been a regular here for a while now, and never had an issue, but lately the standards seem to have dropped.. we have had to return a kebab as it was all burnt and was only a few pieces of meat, have just had to call again tonight as once again the kebab had little meat on and was burnt. The pizza has hardly any toppings on.. offered to send a free kebab out next time, i can say i wont be ordering from here again now been let down twice, they have said they will refund me, so lets see if that happens..its a shame really as this place has always been my go to..
Been a regular customer for a long time. Unfortunately over the last 6-10 months standards have dropped. They do any pizza any size for £9 but these days the pizzas have very little toppings other than lots of cheese. If I wanted a margarita Or cheese pizza I would order that. This issue has been raised with them on a few occasion but unfortunately it has not been addressed. I also found a bone in my pizza today which wasn’t very nice. If you are reading this review please take notice and address these issues.
By far and away the best pizzas nationally! We've been using them for years and never had poor food or service. Cheaper and better than more renowned branded takeaways and restaurants. Highly recommended!
