Worst pizza i eat ever in my life and staff is very disrespectfull with large pizza only one ketchup dip. Not recomended
Beware all the offers posted outside are for cash only. When you try to pay by card they charge 1£ extra. When I confronted the person at the reception that this is misinformation, he become agitated rather than admitting his mistake. Anyhow, I wanted to try their peri peri boneless chicken with rice. When I ate it, it was like regular pulao rice. Very misleading advertisement. The only positive is that the quantity is quite a lot. Lasted me for two servings. Also, they do not have any juices instead of cold drinks. Not my cup of tea.
Made an order on uber eats it got accepted after 1 hour and a half of waiting I rang up the Take away to be told his uber eats ipad is broken so he hadn't even seen my order nevermind began it my wife had work in the morning so I had to cancel the order but still got charged. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Absolute terrible service. Never turned up and when I phoned they said they sat outside for 20 minutes and then left and threw the food in the bin. Why did they not think to knock on the door. When I phoned they said I wouldn't get a refund even though it's their fault. Never ordering from their again.
Pathetic service. I ordered food and I got delivery half of the item after one hour. ( the food was cold) when I asked about the missing item the guy said the order was dealt with by his brother he was crazy!! He said I have to wait another hour for that. This is what we get when we pay for food which includes the service fee, and delivery fee. Worst service ever. There is no tracking service for the delivery at all. when we need an update we have to call them more than 5 times. Not customer friendly. There standard is obvious from the way they talk to customers on the phone when we complain about something.
Rubbish customer service. Ordered food through uber eats, food was cold and one hour late. Burger was half cooked. I ordered gulab jamun and was sent a choclate cake without being asked. Just avoid.
The periperi grilled chicken was amazing, owners sorted me out after I made an ordering mistake too using the Didsbury and Withington Eats app, worth going back again!
