   So after this branch of Papa Johns kindly donated pizzas to the local primary school's festive movie night, i went to check them out. The pizza was delicious, piping hot, a lovely tomato base, with lots of fresh toppings. You can taste the difference. Il highly recommend these guys

   In November, I got the Spicy Tandoori Chicken pizza & Ben & Jerry's Cookie dough ice cream. On delivery. Came promptly as hot & delicious with clean, well-mannered polite smiling driver. Was ordered for me on a group booking. But price was very reasonable for the area.

   My last 2 experiences in the past month I've been terrible, the staff cannot speak English and cannot take instructions properly over the phone. On both occasions I asked them for extra pizza sauce which I was prepared to pay for and they didn't and it was dry. They are very stingy with toppings, I got a total of four mushrooms and a large pizza the other day. I had an issue with their website when ordering I was put on hold by the person answer the phone and you were speaking to one of his colleagues and some kind of south Indian dialect I was left on hold for about 15 minutes absolutely appalling service and then spoke to the manager that was rude.

   I had delivery today, it was quick. However, size isn't accurate at all - the pizza was too big for medium (I regret paying £20 for food I don't need when I could have oredered small!). Also, the taste wasn't that great, nothing special about it really. Also, a bit too doughy (forgot to choose thin base) and the garlic sticks with 4 cheese were too oil & garlicky, there was barely any cheese! I'd not order again.

   Waited two hours for delivery, bare in mind i live 1 mile from them. When it finally arrived it was the wrong pizza, missing the toppings I ordered, they compensated me with a free pizza which was old, burnt and rock hard. Totally unacceptable for the price, never again will I order from here. Brings shame on the Papa Johns Brand.

   called over half an hour after i ordered to say they will not be doing the order and didn’t answer when deliveroo called so i could not get a refund also, the man who called was rude and told me to order from a different branch which was closed at the time i ordered. i was also at a friends house, so how am i supposed to know where to order from? He cut me off as he hung up on me edit: now deliveroo have said they confirmed the order was delivered via email?actual joke

   Our food was ordered at 17:45 on a Sunday and didn’t arrive until after 19:30! I think nearly 2 hours for delivery is ridiculous and unfortunately the food was quite cold when we received it. So definitely not great when you're spending over £30

   I have been using Papa Johns for years now and my last order was a disgrace for the money spent. The delivery was great and the good was hot. The pizzas had a minimum of at least two inches of crust showing, they were not far off plain cheese with the measly amount of toppings, Papa Johns were always well topped..I had slices with no toppings and most had one piece of meat on each section, bearing in mind the pieces are around half an inch in size. I stopped using Dominoes and Pizza Hut years ago to buy from here but I'm seriously considering not to buy from again. I was thinking its maybe that I ordered the 50% off deal and they just put hardly any toppings on.

   Delivery was so fast and the driver was very friendly. Let's get to the food now.. Pizzas were cooked perfectly, taste amazing. Cinnamon scrolls is a backlash from childhood, it's been long since I ate something that nice! Overall the food tasted great, generous portions and I'm very pleased. Highly recommended!
