Shout out to Dulanja who served me today. I ordered the Chicken Fajita Flatzz as takeout for lunch. Excellent hot tasty food, ready fast, with great service with a smile. Thanks Dulanja. Definitely a five star experience today.
Had a great experience at Pizza Hut! The pizza was hot, fresh, and full of flavour. It was served by BADAL, who was very polite and attentive throughout our visit. He made sure everything was perfect and provided excellent service with a smile. Thank you , badal, for making our meal enjoyable! ☺️
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic pizza and great vibes! Tried this place and it did not disappoint. The pizza was absolutely spot-on—crispy base, fresh ingredients, and just the right amount of cheese and sauce. You can really tell they care about quality. The staff were friendly,warm and welcoming even though it was really busy with lots of orders and customers waiting for collection. Reasonably priced, great portion sizes, and definitely somewhere I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommended for any pizza lover!
Really disappointed. Ordered pizza had hair (beard and eyelash hair) embedded in the cheese, did a complaint it was escalated and then told I would be sent a e-voucher. Requested a refund and they said that was the extent of their good will gesture and any other emails will likely not get a reply. I am disgusted by the customer service provided, and how they are refusing my request, why would I want a voucher to eat at the same place that had hair throughout my pizza? Do not recommend any one ordering here. Better off going to dominos.
I have been using this Pizza Hut for over 20 years and the last 3 orders have been awful , food always burnt, even told them before but they just don’t care so I give up. Also Quality has gone down, hardly any mushrooms even after paying extra for more , Do not order from here as something has changed in mgt or in the kitchen. I will not order from there anymore - 3 strikes is enough and now I’ll take my business elsewhere to whom actually will listen to the customer and do something about it.
Horrible experience with this branch. Second time that I have ordered and it is delayed. The first time I was unable to contact the store because the phone wasn’t ringing, the second time the attendant was hanging up on me. Awful experience and I am definitely not ordering again.
Delivery never arrived, forced to go to branch to find out what had happened with the order, as their phone lines didn't work either. Refused refund even though the pizzas weren't delivered. Appalling customer care, avoid this branch.
Had a fab experience collecting my pizza from this branch. Ordered from here before and the pizzas always taste great. Arrived early for my collection time so they put it in early and brought it out within 15 minutes. Great service and we'll definitely be returning.
A great place to have pizza delivered from ... if you love squashed pizza! Ordered pizza and it arrived very quickly which was great but it had been packed with another order on top so was completely squashed and torn when we opened the box. The driver didn't care and neither did the store when we contacted them to complain. Shockingly poor quality pizza
