   Terrible service... Came back late after a long journey and ordered a pizza as the fridge was empty. After an hour or so I got a voice mail and called the store back. The manager said they couldn't reach me and the door bell didn't work( mind that there are 7 doorbell and flats here). I kindly asked if they could sent it with an other driver ( 10 minutes away by foot). The person clearly didn't care and said they are very busy and my only option was to collect by foot. Also they have photos as a proof that the driver was there. When I got there the manager was looking at his phone the entire time, never made eye contact and barely said a word, he just handed the pizza. The pizza was left on the counter not even in a delivery bag to stay as warm as possible (a stack of bags literally next to it). I was so tired I just got the pizza and kindly said goodnight but didn't even got a reply. Terrible service with apathy and 0 effort. Sadly the reviews are a good representation of what to expect.

   The order itself was okay - not the best pizza I've had but not the worst. The issue I now have is the Putney branch keep on spamming me with texts. I have requested "OPT OUT" but doesn't work. They just send me the spam from a different phone. I then block the phones, but of course the texts then start coming from different numbers. I'm pretty sure this isn't legal.... Will be complaining to Dominos head office.

   I don't know if this pizza place place is under New Management, but the owner is incredibly rude. Do not order, the orders are incorrect, late, im suspicious the food is not fresh. My suspicion didnt allow me to end up eating the food i was really looking forward to.

   I never leave negative reviews, but this will be the last time I order from Domino’s Pizza. I ordered three pizzas so no one would have to cook after a long day — my dad had to go to the hospital in an emergency. The delivery driver never rang the doorbell. We were all home. I did receive a phone call, but it was flagged as spam by my phone and marked as a known scam number, so I didn’t answer. Fifteen minutes later, I got a message saying the pizza had been delivered. I called the store and spoke to a girl who was clearly annoyed — which I can understand. I apologized and explained that nobody rang the bell and that the only call I received came up as a scam. She responded rudely and said they would resend the pizzas once another driver was available, as there was none at the moment. About 40 minutes later, I called again to ask if the pizzas were on their way. She told me no, and that we had wasted their time, that I was not at home, and that they had photo evidence the driver had been there. Again, I apologized and said that was not my intention at all, that we were all home and that the only call I received came up as a spam/fraud warning. She was very rude and unhelpful. I told her that if they weren’t going to send the pizzas, then at least please issue a refund. In the end, it took two hours to get the pizzas. The second delivery driver was kind and professional. I explained the situation, showed him the call flagged as spam, and he was surprised — he said he would report it to the store. I thanked him and apologized again for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the pizza was inedible. Out of the three pizzas, we barely ate one — and only because it was the only food we had for dinner. Sorry, Domino’s, but this was the last time I’ll be ordering from you. And again I am sorry to all the personal if they felt I made them lose the time. This was never and never be the intention.

   This is word for word what I’ve sent dominoes as Feedback. “I placed the order at just gone 19:30, my order didn’t arrive until 21:15! Unbelievably bad service. Prior to delivery I had tried to call the store (no answer 3 times). I then asked your driver to call the store, also no answer. The pizza turned up not only late, but like warm at best, in a battered pizza box, with random pizza topping residue left inside the box as if it had been used before…”

   Last week I ordered and the food took an hour and a half to arrive. This week I ordered and something was missing - the driver said he would get it and come back. 2 hours later I phoned and someone said the delivery person was on their way and would be 15 minutes. 45 minutes later I called again and the same story. Not once did they apologise and I felt like they were lying to get me off the phone. Not impressed

   After ordering a delivery through JustEat I was informed by the app that the food was on its way. After waiting 40 minutes I spoke to the branch (after waiting 10 minutes and calling 3 times). I was informed by the manager that the order had "cancelled" despite not updating me via the app on this development and they could not deliver the food, having made me wait pointlessly for an hour. Efforts were made to shunt the blame on to JustEat however the order must have been cancelled in branch as the app did not update me on this. I will not be using this takeaway branch again and would caution anyone else against it.

   This place is a disgrace. My partner ordered through just eat and it was recieved and confirmed by the putney branch. She got the it's on its way message but it never turned up. When she rang the branch she was told they didn't have the order and they were not in her delivery area... bearing in mind they are 0.9 miles away. The guy who answered the call was extremely rude and couldn't care less about customer service. A disgrace to the domino name. Hope the top people of dominos sees this.

   It was a football day, so the pizza is usually nicer. Maybe it was rushed, usually tastes better juicer thicker not sure but normally we love the pizza from here

   2 stars but only because the pizzas were hot and the delivery guy was polite I had to cut the slices myself, it took an hour and a half to turn up and I was trying to ring the store for a good 20 minutes with no answer. What is the point of having a telephone number if it's not going to be answered? I don't like leaving bad reviews but this was not a good experience.
