I immediately caught a stomach infection hours after eating the pizza. I went to the hospital and my crp was extremely high. When I called the manager, he was extremely rude unsupportive and argumentative. Please for your own health stay away.
This is one of the worst shops in Golders Green. The staff are not polite or helpful at all. We live in the UK, and it’s very disrespectful when they laugh loudly and speak in another language in front of English-speaking customers. I also saw very poor hygiene — they were making pizza without hats or gloves, touching their mouths, and even coughing without wearing a mask, all in front of customers. I definitely do not recommend this place, and honestly, it should be inspected for hygiene standards.
Domino’s was already on the pricey side, but the new blanket £3.50 delivery fee makes it unreasonable. With so many better options offering cheaper or free delivery, it’s just not worth it anymore. As a regular customer, I won’t be ordering again until this fee is removed.

When we finally got through to the other store, the staff there were extremely rude, spoke to us with an attitude, and even hung up on us mid-conversation. Completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the pizza we received was in terrible condition — it had completely fallen apart in the box, with the toppings and cheese all slid off to one side. When we called to explain the issue, hoping for a simple resolution, we were met with hostility and blame. Instead of trying to help, the staff accused us of lying, told us to “shush,” and continuously interrupted us while we were trying to explain what had happened. They showed zero interest in listening, zero empathy, and absolutely no willingness to replace the ruined pizza. This experience was beyond disappointing. It wasn’t just bad service — it was disrespectful and unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but the way a business handles them matters — and this store failed on every level. Domino’s, this kind of treatment drives customers away. Your staff need serious retraining in basic customer service and communication. We won’t be ordering from this location again.
Delicious pizza, good service and friendly staff. The place is clean and well-kept. They are a bit slow so I guess if you are starving maybe not the place for you. If you're not in a rush, head in straight away.

I like the Domino’s Pizza, but today I had a very bad pizza look really robbery it’s not cut properly at all it was pushing I can’t see the two most rushing I didn’t had any grades experience. I’m very sorry need to be honest
It was so delicious and tasty and crunchy. The garlic bread was just tooo good! It was so good and the cheese was so nice and the wedges were lovely. Delicious. I have been eating Dominoes Pizza since they came to the UK in the '80's , today I have been delivered what must be the worse pizza I have ever had . It arrived AN HOUR after i ordered it , Not cooked properly, many of the tandoori toppings were still raw . The bbq wings were just as bad little or no bbq sauce on them , i was worried about getting food poisoning as they looked barely cooked, It was delivered cold as the driver decided it good practice to remove from the insulated bag while trying to locate my flat . He rang me to say he was outside only to walk off as I went out to meet him . This really has put me off Domino's pizza , I'm sorry to say If today was anything to go by staff training is needed at the Golders Green branch.
Two times out of three visits I've ordered food its been bad service, rank looking pizza first time, last visit garlic bread and pizza was cut so badly I complained and full refund was given. I'll rather go to hendon branch now even though this branch In golders green is 2mins walk away, I've seen staff member cough over pizza so yh I'm giving this one a miss with pleasure.
