I ordered a veggie supreme. The pizza was very nice and delicious. It was warm and very quick service by Rutvik.
Great Customer Service by Arpit. Pizza was fantastic and service was very quick. I recommend everyone to try their Pan Crust Pizza. Must Visit if anyone is in Golders Green.
Multiple times they have forgotten to include the vanilla ice cream in mycookie dough order. Today is the last straw, the store accepted my order took my money & when I arrived to collect all the lights were off with only an hospital-death-like-alarm. Totally unacceptable sloppiness that has been on going for a while. I will be making a formal complaint to HR about the closure of this store.
Food was good and hot even though it took a long time to be delivered. I couldn't track my order on the app because it went from "on it's way" to "delivered" in 10 seconds. I had to call the restaurant twice and the order was delivered 45 minutes later. Maybe traffic, maybe not
Awesome value on the app order to collect, cannot be beaten for a deal. Service was excellent, however my pizza took longer than advised to be made (approx 30 mins from order to hand), and they had run out of cup n crisp pepperoni. The pizzas themselves were lacking cheese, and toppings are a little thin compared to Dominoes. I would have like to order a thin base, but couldn’t see the option, too much bread for me. Although the pizzas were ok, they are not close to Domino’s quality in my opinion.
They ignore customers, go to the back room when they see someone come in. That's how it was three times each time I was there.I won't be back again.
Worst service ever. Ordered a pizza and it never came. Tried calling them multiple times and they never picked up the call. They should not allow cowboys to run their Pizza Hut brand as it doesn’t look good as a whole. We ended up ordering from Dominoes zero issues as usual! (It’s been 1hr 30mins).
What a joke and Rip off. I order half and half chicken sizzler. Not one piece of chicken. Not a single piece on the chicken side. Not one.
My partner ordered some pizzas around 23:50. The Indian deliverer said to him with irritation "You order earlier next time, ok? We don't usually deliver if you order that time." At 12:00 midnight, the website will be closed and we wouldn't be able to order but we could as it was still opened. He should complain to pizza hut head office, not the customer if he's not happy with their opening hour.
It seems like some people have had some unpleasant experiences with this place but every time I order from here the delivery is really quick and the pizza arrives hot!
