   Rubbish pizza received. I ordered a collection yesterday and the pizza i received was uncooked and chewy. I told them right away about it, and the lady working there did not listen to me and argued that it is proper even though the guy with her in the staff said that it was not proper but she was not even ready to hear that. Even one star is more for them. Totally useless fellows.

   All of the sudden they dont take cash or send card machines and the person on the phone can't understand basic English and add my card details forcing me to order the same pizza same delivery through uber eats app where they literally charge double!!!! if you hire staff that answers phones make sure they understand and speak English!! why do I have to pay double because your staff is not suited for their position? moreover i order from you regularly for years which now i will no longer do because of this.

   I came into the shop to order some pizzas. There were two men in the shop. One chap served me then sat down. I watched him groom his beard with his hands. Thought that's fine, he is only serving me at the till. I then saw him make someone's pizza 10 minutes later. Do you really think this is sensible when beards are unhygienic. After seeing this I made this the last visit to your shop. When dealing with food the hygiene setup has to be in place. Whether a beard is considered minor or not I'm sure people will not appreciate it. Measures need to be put in to protect people, this is one that went too far. The customer service is also never great, but that's nothing compared to this and for me was the final straw.

   Foods okay but service is a big fat 0. Tried to make me feel guilty and responsible for their failure at quality check. I ordered a BBQ pizza, but they had not added the BBQ sauce on the pizza!! I will repeat, NO BBQ sauce. I called thinking oh well mistakes happen, but had to argue with them to swap out the pizza with another. They only wanted to send BBQ sauce (but I know it should go on prior to the oven) and then they started making stuff up about delivery times and me making late calls to them, so confusing. I couldn't believe my ears. They swapped out the pizza in the end after I had to get incredibly firm with them, but the driver said at the door we shouldn't have eaten the 1 slice. Well someone had taken a bite before realising no BBQ sauce. Then the driver started questioning costs and saying that someone at PJs will have to pay for the pizza. What has that got to do with me? What are these guys on? All I wanted was a BBQ pizza!!!!

   Ordered two pizzas and two sides. THe potato taters advert is false advertising as they add ham instead of bacon and there are only a couple of pieces as well as burnt cheese (see pics for proof). The jalapenos cheese side was well overcooked. Maya (supposed to be some kind of manager) kept denying any responsibilities and believed that it was all fine and so didn't want to make it right. Appaling service and food. Not surprised their reviews are so low.

   Not impressed with quality of pizza, very chewy dough, bacon bits and chicken bits were not good with a aged flavour and cheese was tasteless and pointless adding it as you could not tell it in the flavour, bought 3 XXL pizzas and poor on all three compared to other well known outlets, first time using papa johns and will not use again, this was unanimous by whole family. wasted a lot as no one took up seconds. given 2 stares as it could be we ordered late afternoon and a bad day

   Love this place! I’ve been ordering from this branch for the last 3 years and they have delivered quality pizzas to keep me and my family well satisfied especially on a Friday night! They even replace pizzas at no cost when they come slightly cold. So all in all very happy

   Very pleasantly surprised Pizzas were delicious and generous with the toppings. Early evening delivery was very quick and still hot. Have avoided Papa John's for a while preferring Domino's but last night's Papa Pizzas were very good. Change of Management perhaps?

   Pizza good, and delivered on time. Advise you to pay by cash as shortly after paying by card, someone tried to fraudulently use my card. The manager was not interested when I tried to tell him must have been someone who overheard my card details being read back to me... Be careful people
