Ordered a beef sizzler on 28/12/2025. Pizza was tepid and had chilli flakes rather than chillies. Very disappointing.
I often go to pizza hut finchley. Orders are taken quickly, and staffs are very friendly. Good value for money.
I had a great experience at Pizza Hut! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, just the way you’d expect it. What really stood out to me was the service — the staff were extremely nice and very helpful, making sure everything was perfect for our visit. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to again!
Unfortunately do not remember the staff member name however he went above and beyond in the customer service category. I had placed a slightly incorrect order selecting a couple pizzas with classic crust instead of deep pan. The staff member was able to make another pizza FOR FREE with the correct crust selection which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. This was without me even asking therefore he went above and beyond our expectations.
Absolutely terrible experience with Pizza Hut North Finchley. My order arrived 50 minutes late, with no communication whatsoever. I called the branch multiple times — not a single answer. When the food finally arrived, they had forgotten the drink I paid for. Not only did they waste my time, they failed to deliver what I ordered. This is not just bad service — it’s complete negligence. Pizza Hut should be ashamed to put their name on this branch. Never again.
Food is so good!!! Ash the delivery man is so good, he is always on time and gives a smile, I love getting my pizza but it tastes 10x better when i know its been delivered with care and love by Ash. Great work Ash, keep it up! :')
Good service, we were promptly greeted by the server and informed of all the deals and offers. The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of choice from the pizza buffet and salad bar. A special mention has to go to the gentleman that served as and his colleague sadly I didn’t get their names. We paid for 2 adult buffets and a child’s buffet, we were quickly refunded for our sons buffet as he was under 3, i thought it a real honest and kind gesture from the servers giving us the refund as we were none the wiser and just assumed we had to pay as our son was eating also. Small things like that make a massive impression on me and it was much appreciated.
Today we had one of the worst experiences ever. We had a pizza credited in our account as we had an unfortunate incident on our previous delivery. My husband called to have it delivered today. On the phone the manager confirmed it will be 40-45 minutes. 1 hour goes by, we call back to the store and they say to us that it's very busy and it will take another 20 minutes. At this point, we are upset. 40 Vs 80 minutes is very different!!! Another 30 minutes go by, we call the restaurant and the manager says that we spoke to another manager and that's why we had the wrong timing. At that point we said what is going on, what are we supposed to do 1.5 hours later? And he hang up the phone!!! That's their customer service, HE HANG UP THE PHONE. To top it all off, the pizza arrived completely cold AND wrong!! I'm not sure what that pizza was, but it wasn't a pan pizza. This is Definitely the last time I am ever ordering from this place and will definitely try and report them to the parent company as this is completely unacceptable.
Gave me the wrong order , I ordered 2 large pizzas and asked for barbecue base on both but instead I received tomato and I asked for classic crist without garlic as I can't eat garlic and guess what, they game me garlic. To top it off the last time i ordered they didn't have an item I paid for so they said next time they'll bring me one but guess what they forgot that too. Will never order from here again, these people are just plain stupid!
