   I ordered a chicken pizza and asked for pepper on it instead they added pepperoni. When I asked them to change it they were so rude and asked for more money. Such a bad experience never ordering again. How you deal with customers is more important than how your food tastes.

   Completely unacceptable!!! Do not not order from this place! If you don't have pitta or nann bread in stock, why not simply phone me and let me know this, so I can then change the order before it's delivered. Sorry isn't good enough after my food has arrived. What a bunch of cow boys. Very angry about this. I will not be ordering from here again. Look at the state of this order. Who orders salad and meat without a nann or pitta bread. Response To The Owner: When you're next in your Bearwood branch. Have a look at your phone call log and pull the recording if possible. You will find no outgoing call from your staff. I can 100% confirm that your staff are lying to you. Think about it, why would I put the above review if this wasn't true. I'll always give good and honest reviews when good service is provided, but I absolutely won't tolerate poor service. Come on, common sense would tell your branch manager to make a simple phone call to me beforehand, to change my order. It's completely unacceptable.    The staff at this place are absolutely rude! They have terrible customer service and are very disrespectful.They have no idea what the difference between chips and fries are when on the window it is clearly written DONNER WITH CHIPS! Why false advertise and give customers the wrong information? When questioned he said the fries are made and we would be wasting food ,we had already paid we then asked for a meat feast pizza to go with the fries and were sarcastically asked like we were (illiterate) if we are sure that we wanted a meat feast or a veg as if we were indecisive and being awkward customers. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful of them to treat us this way. I'd rather take my custom elsewhere and if I could give zero stars I would !

   Very unprofessional place, I ordered through the Uber Eats App, 1 x Pizza and 1 x Fries. After paying Instantly I was told by the restaurant that they didn’t have that pizza available and before letting me decide for a new pizza or giving me the chance of cancelling my order they proceeded with the order as fries only so I end up paying almost £10 for a portion of fries. When I called them for help they only were rude and unprofessional looking for their own benefit. Selfish Will not buy anything from this company again

   Absolutely 10/10 I've eaten from most pizza places in bearwood and genuinely this is so good. The pizza toppings are generous, they never forget my dip and always get my order perfect, it's always perfect!!!! Thank you for making rainy evenings after intense work days easier with lovely pizza. Appreciate you guys
