   After many years ordering with Pizza Point, I’m disgusted in the service I have received. I was sent the wrong size pizza and when I called them I was told that I could have a small one sent out. I then received a call to say if I want the pizza sending out I would need to pay an extra £4 delivery charge and blamed for the mistake they made. They also informed me that they are very busy and do not have time for this even though they were the ones that called me. Once questioned why I must pay the £4 the man on the phone advised that they will need to pay the driver £2.50 so I’m not exactly sure how £4 is £2.50. Not about the money but the second man that I spoke to doesn’t have any customer service skills whatsoever, the problem is the customers and he doesn’t allow you to speak. He is rude!

   Ordered yesterday. Wish I didn't. Nice chicken. But the pizza was well over cooked. Will stick to pizza hut next time

   Dirty dirty place sold us mouldy pizza, when we took it back we was told don’t come back we know your faces. Poor food and customer handling wouldn’t let my dog sniff it let alone eat it.

   Veg hot pizza was not the best it was over seasoned and tasted like pasta and smelled like it as well. On the other hand, potato wedgies were nice. Staff were friendly.

   Wish I could leave a zero star. Ordered food for me and my partner (pizza and chips) We had already eaten most of the pizza when I noticed a LONG BLACK HAIR on the next slice I was about to eat. This immediately put me off, I rang the shop and advised of this, they said they would send a fresh pizza which I declined because having a hair in my food has put me off. I said I wanted a refund, the person I spoke to huffed because I wanted a refund and not another pizza. The driver arrived to collect the pizza and give me my refund. He was accusing me of putting the hair in the food, my hair is brown and my partner is ginger lol. He said I wasn’t being fair because I wanted all of my money back. What isn’t fair is finding hair in my food, I wasn’t even going to leave a bad review but the way the driver was arguing with me about a hair that is quite clearly not mine or my partners is a joke. In stead of accusing your customers, maybe invest in some hair nets to prevent this from happening moving forward, joke men.

   Absolutely rubbish pizza.. sweet taste which is not a must for a pizza. Also the dough is to fat in size, the pizza has no taste & is very bland!..1 of my worst experiences I’ve had eating pizza, the attitude of the staff as a whole is very rude & very unprofessional conduct.. no hygiene in place , I’m surprised due to that this pizza outlet dating 8-10 years back was the best outlet about when it came to pizza & its sides, won’t be going back in again, the bright side you get a small fries free.. would avoid if possible.. shame this day & age food outlets which were legendary have crumbled down to such low standards .. unbelievable..

   Hair in Pizza- Avoid buying your pizza from here. I normally buy my pizza from here. I bought a pizza from here on Thursday and found a long hair in there. Called them up and the man who answered was so rude! He said “I can’t do anything about it, have a good night and hung up”. They do good pizza but WILL NOT be buying here again. Rude staff and hair in food.

   First time ordering. Very disappointed, food looked amazing, but was stone cold. We ordered a xlarge pizza, chips, garlic pizza bread and jalapeño cream cheese bites. If food came hot maybe a different review. Ate a slice, few chips but because was cold just put me off. Ordered through just eat but to even try and sort would have to ring restaurant. Order was running late maybe this is the reason why food arrived cold. Very disappointed. Hate leaving bad reviews but with what we have spent on this food was so not worth it.

   1st time I've ordered from here after getting fed up of rubbish food frommy local pizza shop. The food was very tasty,looked good and arrived in a good time. Price was better also. For thev1st time all of the family aye their food,including the crusts of the pizza... Will be our new pizza takeout now.
