   Drove here today to get a pizza. The guy behind the counters attitude was awful. When I said I want to order he said we’re closed now. But I questioned the timing as it showed 1am. I came in at before 12am. Then he said I can order on uber I was like okay. Then he changed his mind and said actually I can take the order here. When I came back to pick up I asked for a sauce and he said there isn’t any. Then when I asked for his name he said he has two names. It’s name of ‘Aman’ or Gardip. Then he’s like oh yes we do have sauce. People like him should either be trained in customer service or find work they enjoy cos clearly he didn’t want to be there or be any help!

   not worth the money at all just go to your go to local pizza shop the pizza it’s self is bland and tasteless the cheesy bites crust barely had any cheese in them if any!!! !! completely disappointed this is ur sign not to order from here unless if ur eating in at Birmingham town but still pizza hut gone downhill how dare they send me this for my “premium” crusts! waste of food im left having to get something else for diner but big up to deliveroo for refunding me most of the order

   We ordered online one large and one small pizza (£22.48)for collection only to discover that the pizza Hut delivery at Quinton had a 8.99 any pizza any size for collection deal. The manager refused to refund the excess stating we should have pressed the "collection" button! What was I doing there then!? Pizza Hut online ordering is a scam. You will pay significantly less if you call the shop and order on phone ( being careful to enquire about special collection deals). Very disappointed by Pizza Hut online. DO NOT USE. What a rip off.

   A pizza was forgotten, when I spoke to the gentleman at Pizza Hut they said it was not a Pizza Hut problem and I need to contact Deliveroo to get it resolved. I'm not sure how it wasn't a Pizza Hut problem, if that's where the driver is collecting from. Raised a replacement order with Deliveroo, this order was also lost. Food that was delivered was cold. Gentleman I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. Update: 2 hours later they delivered the 'lost order' of which I thought would include my missing pizza. They delivered 2 pizzas and a side I didn't order. Neither of the pizzas were the one I initially inquired about. Very confused. I'd avoid ordering from here unless you like surprise flavours and bad attitudes.
