   The worst customer service I have experienced in hospitality. Order was never delivered apparently they closed early, told to email Customer service for a refund. Having emailed I was told it would be processed and arrive in a few days but two weeks later it still hadn’t come. Emailing customer service back I was then ignored, there is a number listed on the website to call head office but Ofcourse this number is a fake and does not ring. Their Pizza is quite good so I would recommend only ordering over the phone or through a delivery partner who will actually refund you like uber eats.

   Disgrace. I made the mistake of revisiting Firezza. I remember it being quite nice. I wish I had read these reviews first. Pizza that was supposed to take under 30 minutes. After 45 minutes and four attempts to speak to someone, I was informed it was on its way, he was lying as the app still showed it hadn’t left. I tried calling a number of times and they refused to answer. The food eventually arrived after 1hr 30, stone cold so I sent it back. The manager couldn’t care less and judging by these reviews neither do the directors. Shame.

   Do yoursel a favour and stay away from this place! Ordered a pizza and a bottle of white wine. Order was 30 mins late and stone cold. Wine was warm! Emailed Head Office who sent back a very irritating copy and paste reply. Emailed back twice more and they finally refunded for the order. So I thought I'd give them another chance. This time I have ordered a pizza, wings and another bottle of white wine. Order was on time this time but wings were missing and wine was red! You can't make it up seriously! Called shop right away and they said they'd send the wings right away but they never came. Emailed again Head Office and this time they didn't even bother replying!! Seriously, stay away from this place!!!

   I used to like their pizza but recently the quality has declined massively. Staff are quite rude and generally unhelpful. I was ordered a pizza for delivery with them 2 months ago that was delivered wrong and pretty much raw. Only got a reply a few days ago saying ‘thanks for understanding.’ Would avoid, not worth it.

   I’ve collected on Sunday. Price on website - 16 GBP, supposedly “a deal”. price in store - 13.99 but the employee refused to charge me the lower price. Prices on Deliveroo - joke. But most importantly - pizza wasn’t worth even 5 quid. You’re much better off putting a Tesco pizza to the oven. Don’t recommend.

   A great alternative to dominoes if you want a pizza delivery, feels much healthier and always delicious. Would recommend doing a half and half pizza with a friend, works out as a very good deal.

   Have been a client for 4 years. Always ordered pizza for home delivery. Not the best pizza I’ve had, but good and cheap enough for one of those nights. Never a complaint until I got this a few days ago (see picture). The order was acknowledged 30 minutes after payment. The pizza took way longer than usual to be delivered and it took more than the stated time at receipt of order. Most importantly, it was all curled up in the box, that dripped oil as the pizza had stayed in there way longer than it should have. It was cold and didn’t correspond to my specs during the order. I wouldn’t write this review had I not called to complain first and, after being asked to write an email, I wrote two but Firezza didn’t even acknowledge me. I think this is the worst client service a shop can provide. Sorry Firezza, I gave you more than enough chances to prove this a random shortcoming. You’ve now lost a client.

   Firezza pizza, will definitely be going back again. Fair price and pizza was super filling and so yum. Ask for the spicy chilli sauce it's got a massive kick and tastes great with the pizza.
