   Had pizza takeaway Mexicano don't know what the burnt black bits that covered the pizza was but it looked liked the remnants of the scrapings of the grill tasted like it aswell disgusted

   I've been a devoted fan of Mamma Pizza for years, but only at their old location. However, my recent visit to the Rochdale Rd spot left me utterly shocked to see it had replaced Chickletz. The menu board behind the till was a jumble, making it impossible to discern prices or portion sizes—setting a disappointing tone for the experience. To add to the frustration, I was surprised to find out it's cash-only in 2024, leaving me scrambling to locate an ATM. Upon returning and finally paying, I eagerly brought the pizza home, only to be met with disappointment. The pizza was a greasy mess, with a wafer-thin crust and cheese sliding off. It's clear that something has changed, and sadly, it's just not the same anymore.

   I had placed the order over the phone and came to collect it after 30 min as advised. They started making the order once they understood I came to collect it. I gave it 4 stars though because the pizza was very tasty, it was the thin crust mexicano with extra chicken that I ordered. Also went on another day and had a bigger order and I ordered in the shop this time. The waiting time was ok, but I thought the pizzas were overcooked, still tasty though. Noticed that on that occassion the place was busier and I think that's why they might have overlooked the cooking time slightly. Overall I would recommend.

   Always ordered pizza’s from here when on Milnrow road, since moving to the new premises the quality of the pizza has changed. Ordered a pizza tonight as we finished work late so didn’t have time to cook & it was disgusting! No taste, soggy bottom, completely different to previous pizza’s. We only had 1 slice then made cheese on toast instead! We left it for our son who usually eats anything, he finished work, had 1 slice then threw it in the bin. Complete waste of money

   Great food good price but gutted that they have awful customer care. They have got our order wrong the last two times and are rude when you challenge them. Literally threw my money back at me and ordered me out of the shop
