   Tried every item on their menu. Food quality is much higher than you'd expect from a takeaway. The kitchen is so clean that you'd be amazed. Pizza has too much cheese, which I ask for less cheese upon placing the order. Polite staff and driver.

   I have ordered from here multiple times over the last couple of months and all of the orders bar the last one have been perfect, good delivery time and the food has been great. Unfortunately I placed an order on Sunday for delivery and they got the order wrong three times in a row. Each time the order was delivered it was completely wrong. Twice I returned it and explained on the phone the issue with the order and after the third time I asked to cancel it and receive a refund as it was turning out to be more hassle than it was worth. I was told that I would receive the refund in "24 hours". Since then I has spoken to them 3 more times to be told that it would be a further "24 hours". Today, after STILL not receiving the refund I contacted them to be told that I "Need to call the bank, it is not the shops problem". They proceeded to end the call and block my number. At this point I don't even want the money back, they obviously need it more than I do. The staff are unbelievably rude and clearly have no idea how to issue a simple refund for a mistake they made not once, not twice but three times in a row. To block a customers number rather than issue a refund, despite numerous attempts to resolve it is horribly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

   First and last time will be going here. Ordered a pizza which when bitten into noticed the dough hadn't cooked fully so took back and was told that is normal, is the same everywhere. Agreed to give a refund but then got into a discussion and was told how it is impossible to cook properly because of the cheese on top and all of a sudden wasn't forthcoming about the refund. Obviously more concerned about £8 than their reputation for making poor food. The money is relevant it's the principal. Would advise staying well clear and go elsewhere. Disgusting pizza and disgusting customer service.

   Ordered food online. Was not happy with the size of the pizza and lack of salt & vinegar with the chips. Been told that large izza is 12 inches and if I want to salt and vinegar with my chips I need to request. Brilliant customer service for soneone spending a nigh in hotel. Picture - large pixza:)
