   BECAME VERY ILL AFTER THIS. Raw chicken. I ordered from here and the food arrived cold, very dry, not well made with hardly any toppings. and the chicken was undercooked and raw and tasted disgusting ! I have tried contacting them over facebook, they left me on opened and didn’t respond. i phoned them up twice and they kept shouting down the phone at me and calling me a “liar” and other words that wasn’t nice.The company also replying to this, i tried to ring up at the time but you was swearing at me and ended the phone on me.

   I’ve been a customer of Dominics for many years and have always rated them highly. After moving back into the village recently, we decided to order again for the first time in a couple of years, but the experience was really disappointing. The website said 55 minutes for delivery, yet it took almost two hours for the food to arrive. By that time, everything was barely warm. The hoagie wrap didn’t even have the cheese melted properly and the mozzarella sticks were hard. When I rang the restaurant to explain, the person on the phone accused me of lying and said “the food was made 10 minutes ago”. Considering we live a 18-minute drive away, that’s simply not possible. They were rude and dismissive throughout the call, which made the situation even more frustrating. They even mentioned they were having a bad night, but that’s not the customer’s fault. After waiting an extra hour for food that arrived lukewarm and paying £40 for 2 meals, one side and two soft drink cans, it was honestly unacceptable. They did offer to send a "fresh pizza" but at 10:15pm, when we were so over the situation, and the restaurant being around 20 minutes from our house, that was a no. An apology would have been nice, and an offer of a refund would have been appreciated, but that was not the case. I will not be ordering from here again, nor would I recommend.

   No option for sauce on burgers unless you pay a ridiculous amount extra. Burgers should include a small amount of sauce. Also most orders are never complete. I am sick of not getting my full order. I am a regular customer and this happens consistently. Maybe I should have complained sooner or stopped ordering from here, but a part of me wanted to see if that was taken advantage of. I usually always feel sickly within 24 hours of eating food from here which implies bad hygiene and or poor food handling. I am sick of spending loads of money and being ripped off. Never order from here as you will regret it. Poor service and quality of food.

   Hands down my favorite takeaway in town. Consistently high quality food. Always there when I've needed them. Just look at the joy in our faces when me and a mate got a cheeky meat supreme for a midnight snack. Also get the cheesy chips for a quick, cheap, filling, meal. Chicken dippers are a good shout too.
