   Never again. On a family trip to york, it took 2 hours for my delivery to arrive. They dont answer the phone. Food arrived cold. The box had clearly been squashed. Delivery driver didn't care. Food was out for delivery for over half an hour. Customer service a few days later issued me a voucher for a large pizza only to be used at that same restaurant when I said over and over I was just visiting and wanted a refund. After back and forth a few days I got my refund. But I do not recommend this dominoes at all.

   I ordered on uber eats, there were no warning messages that stated that deliveries weren't coming through on uber, I waited over an hour for my food and nothing came, I then called the shop about my order and asked what has gone wrong. The phone operator just left me on hold and when they came back to the phone they were unhelpful and told me to "call uber" I don't think uber have ever had a helpline especially with food orders.

   Officially the worst Veggie Volcano I’ve ever had here. What use to be an amazing tomato sauce that made it special is gone, and measly sprinkling of vegetables and tasteless base. I ordered the large 16” and got an 13”. Utterly disappointing! Make sure you measure yours and complain if you don’t get what you paid for! £20.99 is almost the cost of a budget weeks shopping and this was the result for a special occasion.

   Ordered the Ultimate lasagna on two different nights. First night was amazing, full of flavour were as the second night it was dull, lacking flavour and toppings and despite both orders having extra sauce selected you can see the difference in the pictures. It seems it’s luck of the draw which staff member makes the order, unfortunately no consistency.

   Really basic order took nearly 2 hours to arrive. It also said it had been delivered when it hadn’t so we drove to the place (as they didn’t pick up any of the 5 times we rang) and then we’re told the driver just left - so ended up following the guy back. Pretty poor and there were other people who had driven/walked there to have the exact same complaints. Food was also pale and insipid when we got it but too hungry to care. The manager in store did give us a full refund which was good… but shouldn’t have to go there at all tbh. That’s kind of the point of ordering delivery.

   Placed an order for delivery with no issues. Waited 1 hr no food arrives, called them up to be told it was on its way to us, and they are short of drivers. Waited another 20 mins, still no food, rang again to be told our order had just left ???? You kinda said that last time. Waited another 15-20 mins, and the same answer was said. In the end, I drove down to collect myself.......if they had placed a notice stating it would be over 1 hr wait, I would've collected myself from the start. But when they keep saying it's on its way, how long do you wait?

   I actually love dominos pizza but the last 2x we orderd from Acomb they've taken over 1 1/2 hours from order to delivery both times we had pizza tracker both times it said out for delivery over half hour befor it arrived we live less than 5 mins away. Both times they've been cold. One chance, never again will I order dominos pizza even tho I do love them

   Paid for delivery,never arrived, had to drive to store to complain as guy was being very rude and passive on phone without resolving the issue, telling me order didnt exist even though i had order number on confirmation email. Wasnt happy After paying £2.50 delivery and having to go to store to resolve my order and i also paid for double decadance base which wasnt provided Will no longer be ordering a domino's pizza again Bye Domino's,

   I'm still waiting for my pizza, it's been 4 days!! Order ended up on quality control for about 40 mins and went put for delivery, it never turned up. I don't seem like the only one with this issue.

   Excellent service from the staff yesterday. Somehow I managed to order a pizza with no cheese (blasphemy!!) and didn't realise until it was too late to add it and they had already cooked my pizza. I had asked to order another one and forfeit the money as it was my mistake and they offered to remake my pizza for me free of charge. Obviously the look of disappointment of a cheesless pizza on my face said it all, I couldn't cope with eating a pizza with no cheese! And best of all it was piping hot, fresh, and delicious!! Well played Dominos!
