   We ordered a week ago on the website but food never arrived, reason was due to the business being shut unexpectedly and the website still being active. As soon as I raised this with the owner he did everything he could to help get our money back regardless of what else he was dealing with which had caused the store to shut to begin with. when he was unable to, he sent the food out which we had paid for and kept in constant contact to let us know what was going on. An absolute class act who put their customers first, the kebabs we ordered were lovely and they have the best side salad around. Will definitely order from here again

   Ordered a pizza and chips. The delivery guy only brought pizza to the door. It was obvious he was testing me. He went back to the car for the chips. I'm glad I only had 1 grandchild because the pizza was so small. Added pepperoni, but they didn't put any on. Never again!!!

   Do not order from here. We got the special chicken burger which had no mayo and about 4 crumbs of bacon. The kebab chicken parmo was smaller than my hand and ridiculously dry and chewy, no sort of breading and no kebab meat. The pizza burger came with raw dough in the middle. Rang to complain and was given a list of excuses and no apology. 2 minutes in to the call he hadn't even got on to his excuses for the special burger as he was still justifying the poor food from the other two parts of the order. Wish we'd have read these reviews before we ordered. Threw it in the bin before I thought to take pictures.

   Im never normally one to complain about food. Im the sort of person that would pay for bad food for an easy life but not tonight! Ordered our meal at 7pm arrived at 8pm mine was clap cold. Rang the takeaway and had a replacement arranged - no issues, absolutely fine. Rang again at 10pm wondering where it was, they forgot about it and would do it ASAP - again fine, i know how busy takeaways get. It arrived at 10:30pm completely different to what I ordered. i ordered a kebab box with garlic bread, donner meat, chicken and chips. I recieved a small donner meat and chips. Apparently he wasn’t sending my actual order out as he doesnt see why it was cold (apparently hes never had a complaint about cold food in the whole time hes worked there) and the fact micheals was still warm (wrap that was wrapped in foil!) and he thought this small replacement meal would keep me happy. After 10 minutes arguing on the phone, he point blank refused a refund as i had received 2 lots of food and wouldnt send my original order out for the same reasons, but i can have a discount on my next order. He even said he was talking to my husband and son when we rang to query where is was at 10pm. My son is 1 and has been in bed since 7pm Paninos is an absolute joke of a company! 3 and a half hour later, £20 lighter and im starving.

   ordered the £11 box kebab that was literally half the size of the £9.50 box. half the box was chips, then a quarter lettuce. gobsmacked at how they can charge so much more for something that is so much smaller

   We ordered a chicken kebab with chips, we got a small takeaway box with no pitta bread half full of chips and about 10 small pieces of chicken, got the Panino's box special 12" which is a garlic bread, chips, donner meat, chicken and seekh kebab the garlic bread was thinner than paper and you could literally put your finger through it is was that crispy, barely tasted of garlic, hardly any chicken on it and there was 3 half's of seekh kebab not what was expected for £9.50!!!!! This was only 2 of our 6 orders, the others were no better. The only good thing about this takeaway is that they were on time. The food however was absolutely DIABOLICAL!!!

   Would give 0 stars but not an option Worst overpriced food I’ve ever ordered haven’t even eaten it Paid £18 for a pizza and cheesy chip wrap due to false advertising…. Cheesy chip ‘wrap’ came on a pitta bread with not even 10 chips in Pizza had next to no topping on and cheese bite crust had no cheese in them
