Fantastic service and quality! I was lucky to have been served by Bashir tonight - the pizza came expertly prepared by a chef who entirely knew his craft. Customer service was above and beyond and our food was delivered quickly without any compromise on quality. 100% would recommend!
Absolute disaster. Estimated time was 20 minutes. Order took 1 hour and 30 minutes. Located only 10 minutes away, every-time I called they said it was on its way but never gave an accurate update and was rude over the phone. When the prosciutto pizza arrived, it did not have any prosciutto.. absolute disgrace.. avoid at all costs
Unbelievable customer service sent a vegetarian pizza with ham on it. And we asked for them to rectify the problem but they to blocked our number and ignored our calls
I ordered a pizza from this place on Deliveroo and it never arrived. When i called them they were rude, patronising and dismissive, they even put the phone down on me on one attempt to sort the situation. After great persistence calling back I ended up getting the manger and demanded a refund, which he said he would honour, but never did. Not only was I lied to by the manager, but even worse, they stole from me which makes them criminals. Don't ever order from this place they are a bunch of scammers.
After waiting almost an hour and a half, they phoned me to say they were canceling my order. When I asked why, they hung up on me lol. Then they refused to respond to Deliveroo when I made a refund request, so now I have to wait 72 hours to get refunded. What a joke.
They completely disregarded my allergy and gave me a pizza with the thing I am ALLERGIC to. Ordered from here using Uber eats. I called before hand to check that they would be able to remove the tomato base which I am allergic to and add a vegan cheese base. On my notes to the kitchen, I stated this. I called them after ordering to double check AGAIN that they saw my correction. I got the pizza delivered, and not only did they give me a pizza with a tomato base, they gave me pieces of tomato and a bunch of other ingredients that I did not order. When I called them up, they claimed it was MY fault and that I had ordered the wrong thing. AVOID!
The worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Longest wait, no info on when it’s coming, cold pizza. Literally everything wrong with it. No positives. I suggest you do better to keep customers cause you’ve lost a good amount considering all the reviews.
Was a little skeptical because of the reviews…. Pizza came a little bit later then expected but the taste made up for it!!!!! 5/5
