   I was given the wrong food, and when I pointed it out, they refused to take responsibility or fix the issue. Very unprofessional behavior and a bad experience. I do not recommend this place.

   Every time I ordered pizza is different taste always missing dips while I paid for it. I received my pizza and fries was cold pizza had not taste. On the 2nd of December 2025 I ordered again pizza and fries + 1 sweet chilli dip disgusting pizza as usual missing toppings pizza covered with cheese no taste missing dip always they forget to put dip with the pizza waste of money.

   I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I was treated with a lack of respect that no customer should ever face. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the store but also makes it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I sincerely hope the management addresses these serious issues and trains their staff properly. Until then, I cannot recommend this store to anyone who values basic courtesy and professional service.    I visited this store and had a very disappointing experience. The staff behaved in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. Speaking to customers in such a disrespectful way is completely unacceptable. This kind of attitude damages the store’s reputation rather than building it. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their staff’s behavior. If you value good service and basic respect, I would suggest looking for other options.    We ordered spicy BBQ chicken pizza, Pri Pri chicken pizza, Mozzarella and cheddar cheese fries and chicken wings. Both 10 inch pizzas were flavourful and chicken was tender. No sauces were provided which was a shame. Mozzarella and cheddar cheese pizza was soggy. No evidence of Mozzarella cheese or flavour and felt it was a waste of money for £4. Chicken wings were too oily. Overall it was an average meal experience and some of our house members didn't feel great in the middle of the night.

   2nd time even after telling them my food wasn't cooked I gave them a second chance. Chips were clearly put back in the fat to re cook due to my complaint about uncooked chips and now I get uncooked chicken. I had too throw it all away. Do not order from here. Their reputation is bad if you ask anyone

   Order on UberEats, they did listen to instructions but the food was disgusting, spicy bites, not a hint of spice in it and I'm white so anything would have hit. The fries were underdone and tasted horrible, pizza was good though

   I was not surprised pizza is not good quality also chip not ready and too much oil, and wings is uncooked. Used be good and taste also poplar but now look at those is awful food and poorly service. I won’t order again in further.

   Good friendly staff. cheap but good food. Good range of chicken selection. Pizzas are not the best. I visit here very regularly as the chicken is every nice. Plenty of tables and chairs for dining in.
