The pizza hut was empty at the time and the staff allowed us to pick our own seats. The payment and order was completed online but the staff were there to support us if needed. The food was very filling and amazing. The staff allowed us to stay until there closing time.
Great service. We went there for 9pm A few issues at the start but this was quickly rectified by the manager & staffs. The staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Excellent food and great service. Thank you all x
Upon attendance, no greets although it was quiet and hardly anyone in there. I went with my family of 4 for dinner: there was a female staff beind the counter. She looked like she was so bored and gave us no eye contact. The male staff just strolled over to us pointing to where we can sit and told us, “qr code there and order”. There was no friendlyness or basic manners, no smile just miserable. We didn’t think much as we were hungry and cold. When we ordered and food arrived, the female staff came over with plate and cutlery. Gave us no eye contact and just placed it like we didn’t exit. We said thank you and she just walked off. I have never experienced such bizarre service! I get that there is now online order via app etc. but the humans are staff and least we can receive is some pleasantness. The customer service needs improving and learn to smile and give polite eye contact. Never going their again!

2 pizzas ( thin like wrap ) 2 portions of fries and veg. nuggets £60 NO OFFERS AT ALL. I literally would say I didn't eat at Pizza Hut. We ordered many times online but the pizzas where top quality, Im not sure what happened there, chips where undercooked. Staff, you wouldn't see them smiling, they looked like they were working for 24 h. We won't be going there again.
Went here recently with a friend. I ordered the meaty pizza. I really enjoyed it. Tasted so good. The staffs are polite and respectful. The Atmosphere wasn’t too bad. It was okay, there was a lot of kids around when I went so there were a few running around and doing what kids do, it didn’t stop me from enjoying my pizza so I will come back. The price is decent but the prices for drinks is a bit ludicrous.
I've been here a handful of times within so-so many years... The location is nice, it's just on the other side of Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, getting here isn't too much of a mission, there's Canada Water station just a slight walk away which uses Jubilee and Overground, Surrey Quays station, which uses Overground, you can take a bus there which stops very close and of course you can drive. The place itself is at a good size, great for a kids party, large family meal. The interior is nice too, it's what you'd expect from a Pizza Hunt. The staff on that day were friendly and helpful, can't knock them. All in all, it was a nice family experience.
