   I ordered online and they forgot the drink, I have asked the driver that we are missing the drink which he replied too that he is not responsible for the drink but it was the people that gave him the food simply forgot it. I have called them on 2 different occasion first time they said the drink is on the way and the second time he said that the order is complete I was like huh I was asking you about the Pepsi and you talk about order is complete which he then said that it wasn’t his fault it was the driver. At that point I was done, which he then said next time you order I will give you the drink ???!? How will you know that is me that ordered last time. Honestly don’t order from them online they will mess up your order. Man on top of that everything was cold, like a beg this is place is bad.

   First time I ordered last year they gave me completely the wrong order, I called and was polite about it I rarely complain but everything was wrong. I called the restaurant the man’s attitude was vile and almost seemed like he was accusing me of lying he offered me a free burger if I ordered again off them again but I didn’t because he was rude. I left it a year gave them another chance again as a few of my friends had nice meals from there. I received wrong order but it was close enough so I didn’t bother complaining it didn’t get me anywhere last time so I thought what’s the point. I ate my fries they were good cold but good. I turned my burger over and it had black slime mold on my bun actual slime I was Ill about 9 hours after my throat closed up and I had a fever my partner was on the toilet for two days I am not fussy I have eaten proper trash food before but I feel the need to share this Incase it happened to anyone with respiratory problems because it will put you in hospital I’ve had a bad stomach before from takeaways but I’ve never had my throat close up and find it difficult to breathe how are they still open it’s unbelievable if this happened to my child you would be going to court

   The definition of value for money. Competitive prices for a tasty meal. Service can be slow but staff are nice and welcoming. The interior could possibly be rearranged so there would be more seating area

   Ordered a few times in the past and wasn’t happy with the food, since it’s been taken over by the new owner it has completely changed. Food is delivered fast, fresh and is always hot. Partner is usually picky with chicken but we both agreed it is even better than KFC. Best chicken shop in Kidderminster. 100% would return.

   I visited here yesterday. Front staff is very calm and helpful. I love the burger but although chicken was veery tasty but abit salty. Overall 4 out of 5 star. Thank you ☺️

   I'm never ordering from Kidderminster dixys again constant Let down. Pay top money because they put prices up (same as kfc) and can't deliver a simple chicken mega mix burger. Processed chicken on bottom but hide it with 2 overcooked chicken strips on the top probably have sat there for hours. Delivery was super fast I wonder why. Never again. Literally should close was a top customer aswell , they couldn't care about quality

Processed chicken on bottom but hide it with 2 overcooked chicken strips on the top probably have sat there for hours. Delivery was super fast I wonder why. Never again.    Ordered some wings today and received this it soppose to be a wing more like a mini drumstick!!… I saw the council rating and wanted to give these guys the benefit of the doubt.. big mistake!!!!!!!!!
