   Ordered it at 7:43. Out for delivery at 8:01, we are 5-7 minutes away, it was late in the day, no traffic or crashes nearby so no reason for it to take 42 minutes to go that far? Apparently it had arrived according to the app, the bloke arrived 10 minutes after the app said he did, then he just yapped about random stuff? He’s lucky the food was still somewhat warm… terrible.

   Be very cautious!!! My daughter answered the door, and after a breif how do you do, the delivery guy with an over friendly attitude went on to ask her and her friend if they were sisters and were they 15 or 16 years of age, when she replied with her age "which is below 15" he looked disappointed. It was at this point he was asked to leave. Very worrying and inappropriate behaviour towards young girls.

   Food was fairly decent and warm when arrived, but the staff at the store did not update uber eats and the delivery drover proceeded to ring the doorbell at 1am and wake up the entire house instead of attempting to contact me through the app. An obvious bit of foresight would have gone a long way here. Again, the food was pretty good but the staff could be more professional.

   No dine in options available here. Currently they are running the option of buy one and get one, I got two pizzas last night and it was very good. I picked them up by myself hence it was still hot. The service was good and the taste was not so bad as mentioned in the previous reviews, I can say it was four star out of five. I recommend to pick up the orders in person rather ordering it online if you love papa John’s pizzas. I had vegetarian Hawaiian pizza and garden basket, both of them taste very nice!!

   I’ve ordered from Papa Johns a lot with no issues…but tonight? I had to call as the tracker said my order had been ‘delivered’ 20 mins earlier. It hadn’t. Was told it had been dispatched and would be there in 10 mins. Which it was. Barely warm pizza and barely warm chicken wings. Thanks guys

   There isn't another pizza place in Warrington that comes close. Freshly made pizza with generous toppings, always served hot. With great service and a friendly smile. You've not tasted pizza until you've tasted Papa John's pizza

   Ordered large half veg and half cheese and this is what I received after rang in the shop and told what we ordered and received the manager goes he does not believe me ? Top of that he was really rude and said that he does not believe me horrible experience ever with papa Johns

   Received our pizzas from Papa Johns Warrington after an hour and having to direct the delivery guy ourselves. When opened they had obviously been kept vertical in transit and had slipped squishing half of each of the extra large pizzas as pictured. We called back the delivery guy and he called Tamara at the store (not the manager - just in charge tonight apparantly) who questioned how that could possibly happen. Eventually I spoke to her and she said all she could do is take them back and make fresh pizzas... I questioned how much we’d pay, expecting we’d get them free for the inconvenience caused to which she said “you’ve already had a discount as they are meant to be £60 and you’ve got the £33 deal so we can’t do anything else” We sent them back, asked for a refund and a receipt to prove the refund. She said that wasn’t possible and the money would be back in our account in 2-3 days. I found the whole experience a disgrace. We prefer Papa Johns to dominos but don’t feel we can ever use that store again.
