   I ordered a pizza at 19:23. The expected delivery time was not long and at 20:20 I called the store. The lady said it would be 5 more minutes and hung up on me. I waited over ten minutes more and called back. She put me on hold. I was then on hold for 20 minutes so I drove to the shop. When I got here she was there doing nothing. I asked what was going on and she had no answer. She said she would make me another so now I’m waiting in the shop. It’s 20:51 and I still have no pizza. The lady is refusing to give me my money back and won’t give me her name. This is an outrage and the worst I’ve ever seen from a takeaway. It’s ruined our entire evening. Disgusting customer service. I arrived home At 21:01 having picked up and now delivered my own pizza! To make it all worse. When I complained to Dominos the next day, “Head of customer service” Melissa thought that all of that did not justify a refund. Baffled.

   Order regularly from here but last couple of times the toppings weren't good. Today I ordered Ultimate gunpowder chicken pizza but dissapointing to see hardly 4 pieces of chicken on a medium pizza worth 25 pounds. Couldn't go back to return it but happened couple of times already. Won't be ordering again from here.

   Been using this Domino's man and boy- but recently they've gone down hill badly. Last order Dom the tracker advised delivered- It hadn't arrived so waited 10 min then called. The woman on the phone advised "its on its way you'll just have to wait." I don't think she was meaning to be intentionally rude just got the impression her communication skills were very poor/maybe no staff training my Domino's. Pizza arrived wrong (2 incorrect toppings and 1 topping missing) didn't fancy being accosted again on the phone so just made do. Will only use this branch again in an emergency, e.g Just eat website crashes.

   Used this store for years. I recently emailed a service complaint to them and they never even replied. More than happy to take your money, provided awful service and zero customer service. Very disappointing for such a large brand (albeit this is a franchise I believe). Use another pizza place; there are plenty out there.

   Currently waiting for just under 2 hours, still waiting. Whoever would have thought ordering at 5.30pm would cause such a delay? It’s now child’s bedtime and still hasn’t been fed. Rude person on phone. What a waste of time, energy and money.
