Amazing food, they were really quick with my order. The customer service was the best I have experienced in a long time and they even gave me a free garlic bread. I ordered the chicken calzone and their donner kebab. Both tasted very fresh and delicious. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Serious Need for Improvement I’ve given Big Mamas in Mosley Common a couple of chances recently, and both times the food has been genuinely disappointing. I ordered a chicken kebab with proper chicken pieces, but what arrived was mostly shawarma mixed with a few actual pieces of chicken. Many pieces were tough, gristly and completely inedible. It was drenched in garlic and salt to the point of being overwhelming. I ended up throwing away about three-quarters of it. A few weeks earlier, I tried a pizza from here and had a very similar experience. It was incredibly salty and just unpleasant to eat — again, most of it ended up in the bin. At this point, I won’t be ordering from Big Mamas again. The quality of the food has been consistently poor, and after two bad experiences, I’ve completely lost confidence. I didn’t contact the shop, as I’ve no interest in a refund or replacement. I genuinely hope they take this feedback on board and improve the freshness and quality of their ingredients, as well as the seasoning of their dishes — it would make a huge difference for customers.
very good service staff are actually so friendly and polite, the kebab and the size of it is unbelievable generous. highly recommended this place big mamma is the best
Delivery brilliant but food needs more taste. Ordered a kebab and chicken burger. Leave a lot to taste..... needs more. However, garlic cheese bread is awesome.....come on guys you've been around long enough to know how food should be!!!
Always spot on! Hot and spicy is a little too spicy but food is great and pizzas are also great, quick delivery or pickup which I like
Called in this place I used to go to often ...new owners of a year , it seemed nicer and spacier ..Nice people behind the desk ...my food was hot and lovely , I recommend it ..really enjoyed it and will definitely be going in more often ...
Tonight ,as always ordering food from Big Mamma i ordered Shawarma kebab ! Was so tasty and LOOOOTS of food ! And thank you for the free garlic bread !
This is a chicken kebab with salad and yoghurt sauce. Chicken good. Pitta from Aldi. Missing quite a bit. This place really needs to sort it's self out (in my view). £7.50 is a rip off.
