Just had the most amazing pizza today @ Banjos. Staff taking order were very friendly and helpful and service was prompt. The pizza was so amazing, had to go back and get the name of chef. Next time your in the area I advise you to check out the pizza made by Mursaleen. AMAZING 5 STARS.

got the chicken and salad from here, and it was very good and tasty β I quite loved it. Just a note: I ordered it spicy at 2/7, and it was very hot in my opinion, so be careful when choosing your spice level! Overall, great flavours and worth trying if youβre in the area.

RAW CHICKEN ALERT!!!!! Went to banjos to buy a chicken wrap and a pizza for my 7 year old niece. Half way through the wrap I noticed one of the chicken pieces that I was eating was completely raw in the middle. I called banjos immediately after vomiting and they said the chef is adamant that he cooked the chicken properly. They put the phone down on me when I told them they were lucky it was not the child that ate this and demanded a refund. I called back three times after which the manager called me to again insist that the chef has said he cooked the chicken. I told him I had the chicken and would bring it back and I wanted a refund for the whole of my food. He refused and said if I could prove the chicken was raw he would only refund for the wrap. I told them I would report them as I have pictures and he then agreed for me to return the chicken, prove it was raw and he would refund. When I got to the shop and showed the chef he laughed and apologised. This is not a laughing matter and is very dangerous. I will never be returning here and urge others to stay away if you value your life

Seating was available and the prices are reasonable. Staff are little busy inside the kitchen to make parcel for delivery. The taste is also good, they are giving sauce, mayo and ketchup in sachets. We took a 7 inch pizza combo with 1 drink and fries for 3.49gbp. Overall a nice experience.

My family have been ordering from banjos for a few years, although there are always problems we continue ordering because the food is decent. However, today after waiting for an hour and a half they cancelled my order. I called them and the guy said we should come and pick up the food ourselves even though we paid for delivery. We asked that if we have paid for delivery, then we should get some sort of compensation, he said no thatβs not possible. The unprofessionalism from this shop is absolutely shocking and frankly disgusting. I now have hungry guests in my house and I have no food to serve which is humiliating. In the past when we have ordered 20inch Pizzas, they have cancelled after an hour, quoting they canβt find drivers to deliver such large orders. My point is, if you cannot deliver certain items then TAKE IT OFF YOUR MENU! It's not rocket science! Stop wasting people's time who order from your shop and then are informed after an hour the food cannot be delivered. A lot of my family and friends order from this place due to my recommendation, however after todayβs experience, I will make sure none of us ever order from this place again!

Their customer service is slow and poor. Pizzas taste good, however if you get the 20 inch pizza, they give you a 12 inch pizza worth of toppings. Essentially cutting corners by adding less toppings to make more profit. Their BBQ pizzas are tasty may I add. Their wait times are poor and very slow. I definitely sense they prioritise orders depending on favouritism.

Totally disgusted I have been to Banjos today 22/11/2021 at 13:27 they have charged me at one price and have different prices outside window poster and on the screen above the tills I have attached pictures. when asked to the staff they state it has changed but to my knowledge you are not allowed to promote and sell at another price as when I spoken to the manager he stated he doesn't know he just works there not one apology nor trying to resolve the problem it's like they don't care so looks of it the owner doesn't care. But I am truly annoyed the fact they didn't apologise or offer any assistance at all. I just Don't want others to get ripped off as they have poor customer service.

Banjos, a shop on the corner Green Street and Barking Road, East London. Nearby the old West Ham Football ground. Walking distance from Upton Park Station. Plenty of parking nearby. I usually order on the JustEat App and they do delivery fast. They have some great food and awesome offers. A full grilled chicken 2 chips 2 quarter pounder burgers 1.5 litre drink bottle All this for just Β£20 and very nice taste. Salim Patel

We are new to the area and was starving after a busy day so we popped into Banjos for a good meal. We ordered the grilled chicken family meal and asked explicitly for lemon and herb non spicy. When we received the meal the chicken was so spicy we could hardly finish it and the cold fresh salad was such a comfort after each bite that we decided to try the rice and even this was dreadfully spicy. Never again will we eat here. It was a terrible experience.
