   We placed an order on uber eats over an hour ago. Paid over £20 and every driver kept cancelling. We managed to speak to a driver who told us ‘the man at the till is very dismissive’ and is saying the order doesn’t exist? There is absolutely no way of contacting the Costa shop so we’ve been sat waiting for them to finally cancel the order (which proves it did exist) for over an hour.

   I went to Costa this morning in the drive thru with my colleagues. We had made a big order and got all drinks with oat milk. 2 gingerbread oat lattes and 1 oat white hot chocolate. Turns out the white hot chocolate was cows milk. It’s a good job I’m just lactose intolerant and not deathly allerigic so the only thing that was dead today was the toilet. Just a heads up to listen clearly when taking orders.

   Entered the store today to receive my 1 pound three network offer I was unfortunately served by a women with black hair and European accent the minute she saw I had the offer she looked at me in disgust and judged me instantly when she made the drink I don’t know what she gave me but I ordered a strawberry and cream frappe and she gave me a small kids looking drink with no strawberry sauce and didn’t even taste like strawberry she obvs just palmed me off with a cheap milkshake when that’s not what I ordered the offer says you can have any size and she gave the smallest one without asking I came to this same store last week and got the same offer ordered the same drink and was given the right one and I was served by someone else this women clearly had an issue with me having an discount I would recommend re training on her manners with the employee involved I’ve now left the shop angry when all I wanted was a drink trust me there was nothing luxury about this ‘milkshake I was served that was meant to be a frapee

   They forgot to put our food in the microwave. (They did do it after we asked where our food was.) And whoever made my tropical mango bubble blended my boba - I had very few boba (1) it was still nice, but the boba is the reason the drink is so pricey. Costa is my favourite shop, but this one was the worst I have been to.

   It’s Costa Coffee so don’t expect the Ritz, it’s clean and the staff there are a really great bunch who do their best. It gets busy at times so you might be in a queue but remember it’s COSTA NOT THE RITZ

   This is one of the better Costa coffees located at the top end of sale town centre close to the main road.rhe location is good close to public transport and the local shops.the staff are friendly and helpful.the shop is clean and a far better service than the Altrincham store.tge coffee is nice,but a little weak for my taste hence only 4 stars.
