the tea was nice but staff very rude and prioritised their own conversation although there was a long que. After taking my order it took them 12 minutes to make a singular drink.
Went to the trafford centre bubbleology today for the first time today it was very nice the prices were very reasonable Harsha recommended the drink which was amazing customer service was on point too Lychee fruit tea with strawberry and grape jelly
Went to grab a bubble tea and Harsha was really helpful with guiding me about what to get according to my likes and I ended up loving what he recommended. Five stars for his amazing service!
We don’t usually leave reviews but we come to the food court kiosk all the time and today just wasn’t great. The floor was soaking wet when we walked up, honestly felt a bit unsafe. The staff were doing their absolute best (they were really lovely!) but you could tell they were under a lot of pressure and clearly frustrated. They let us know they could only do fruit teas today because the sinks were blocked, so they couldn’t clean the cups properly for the milk teas. Obviously not their fault at all. We could see them trying to fix stuff and still being friendly despite everything going wrong around them. Just really hope this gets sorted soon. We love coming here as a treat, and the staff clearly works hard, but they need some proper support.
I had a great experience at Bubbleology! The drinks were delicious, refreshing, and made just the way I like them. The shop was clean and had a fun, welcoming vibe. A special shoutout to Harsha, who was incredibly friendly and helpful—his recommendations were spot on and his service made the visit even better. Definitely coming back for more bubble tea soon!
Staff are very nice and patient. Stuff here has a nice selection of flavours, jellies and popping tapiocas. Flavour are very good and the tapiocas are nice and chewy. Being picky but just wish the coconut flavour was stronger. Tapiocas are hot so I recommended rotating it upside down repeatedly before inserting the straw to disperse the heat (if you had ice with it) if you want it more cooler. Overrall it's great. Do come.
First time I’ve tried a bubble tea so I don’t have anything to compare it to. It was nice, but nothing to write home about. The lad who served me had no enthusiasm or customer service skills - I asked for a recommendation and got a one word answer. Wouldn’t bother visiting again to be honest
Nice people. Great prices. The tapioca is nice and soft and not starchy tasting at all. However, I ordered the passion fruit fruit tea and it doesn't taste like passionfruit. That's why it's four stars. Maybe if I had another flavour it would have tasted better, but honestly I don't recommend that flavour. Other than that, they have a nice and different range of milk teas.
