   I visited Chunky Restaurant today and ordered the Double Chicken Fillet Burger. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The chicken fillet was very dry and rubbery, and the burger itself was cold. It felt as though it had been prepared without any care. The presentation was also awful just looking at the burger completely put me off, even before tasting it. The customer service was equally poor. I seriously considered returning the burger, but I chose to leave quietly without creating a scene. I used to visit this restaurant before, but after today’s experience, I will not be returning. Overall, this was a very disappointing visit.

   Best pizza I’ve ever had! I’m a regular customer here, and I have to say they consistently serve top-quality pizza. Kainat was very nice, and Pratik, who made the pizza, did an excellent job. Outstanding customer service and amazing food!

The pizza and grilled Buffalo wings were absolutely delicious, full of flavour, and perfectly made. What made the experience even more memorable was the service. Ammar and Kainat were outstanding – so polite, kind, and professional. They made me feel truly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Honestly, this is the kind of service and food that makes you want to keep coming back. Highly recommended!”

   First time here after seeing the £4 smash burger on the screen outside. Burger looked just like the ad and tasted good, a bit salty but still great value. Added a Coke for 90p — £4.90 for a very satisfying lunch!

   Ordered from this place a few times and each time quality of service has gone down. Recent order was missing pizza toppings didn’t not get anything as a free a gesture of good will. Ordered again after that because it’s not a bad restaurant food is alright for the price. After waiting for an hour was told to another 15 mins. Food arrived semi warm. Again shop did not offer anything to compensate. It would’ve been nice if the colleagues had common sense to Chuck something in for their apology. Looking like I will not order from here again. Just lost a value customer.

   Me and my Dad had fish and chips few days back on Thursday and we both had food poisoning we’d to go to the hospital. We were nearly dying. We are still not well. It’s just because the worst quality food they do. We ordered grill fish but they gave us fried one. Such a poor service they provided. I’ll definitely report to the food department about this restaurant. They are giving worst quality food. I’ll never recommend them ever. Will never ever go back to them. They must be closed they don’t deserve to be there.
