   Updating my review as last year i had a few consecutive poor experiences with pizza that just wasnt fresh just stiff and cold so i left a bad review but its been 10 months and I have reordered and it was spot on nice and hot and fresh. Other family memebers have also ordered and said it was good again which is what lead me to reorder.

   Haven’t had papa johns in years. No garlic butter or chilli peper just a generic garlic dip given with each pizza, hardly no tomatoe base hardly cheese no taste of tomato or cheese, the dough is terrible thin and dry I can make better myself , really dry pizza can’t believe how little sauce was put on the base , never again even for 8:99£ each it ain’t worth it

   Very delicious pizza, fresh and tasty each time. My child can eat this everyday if you give her the opportunity. Clean environment and customer service is excellent. I will give them 5 stars if they wear gloves to prepare their meals.

   We ordered for delivery but accidentally selected collection and as we attempted to cancel our order when calling the store, they tried to 1.overcharge for delivery fees which is £1.99 but we were told to pay £3.00 in cash, 2.they lied and said our order was ready even though we called 4 mins after placing the order, 3. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, they clearly don’t speak English as their first language but they pretended to act like they had no clue about what we were saying. We spoke to an Asian man name IJAZ. The whole team need to be fired . I’ve never had an issue in which a store refused to issue a refund. DISGUSTING PLACE, infested with rats

   Ordered food for delivery and it took ages. I was given a weird, horrible tasting vegan "special sauce" instead of the garlic and herb I requested. I also ordered chocolate scrolls and ended up with squashed, upside-down cinnamon scrolls. I'm not happy and expect a refund. Will not be ordering from Papa Johns again.

   Ordered half and half Pepperoni pizza and chicken bbq, only 4 pieces of Pepperoni and 5 pieces of chicken not sure what you would call the chesse bits can not believe this shop has gone down so much thats why I give them no stars but I can not post without stars. Will buy from asda from now on.
