   I ordered this Saturday and the food was completely unacceptable. I specifically asked for salad, yet the kebab arrived bone-dry with no salad at all — it was like chewing leather. The seafood pasta was just as bad: barely any seafood, no sauce, and not a single calamari. On top of that, the order arrived very late. The standard was so poor that we ended up throwing the food straight in the bin. I will definitely not be ordering from you again, and I expect this issue to be addressed.

   We ordered a mixed grill kebab and donner kebab naan and a large fries. The mixed grill kebab came without any shish kebab and the donner kebab came without the naan. We rang to let them know these items were missing and the woman on the phone said they have stopped doing lamb and that we had not ordered a donner kebab naan but a donner kebab tray. On their menu it states that the mixed grill kebab comes with shish so we were not happy about that but accepted that there was a miscommunication about the donner kebab naan and we continued to eat our food in disappointment. When we got to our 1 naan that came with the mixed grill it was doughy so we rang them back to let them know we really weren't happy. We got told that they could only offer us 10% of our next order. As we do not want to eat here again I said this is not good enough and we want a refund. We were told the manager is on holiday and they can do nothing to help us. Extremely awful service.

   Rejected our online order. So we called them to ask what the problem was and to reorder over the phone. The girl on the phone was very rude and unprofessional, kept repeating herself and asking the same question and we could hear the chefs in the background arguing and also being rude. She and the chefs sounded absolutely drunk, making excuses as to why they rejected the order. At this point I told my husband to put down the phone because all seemed very odd. Won’t order again. Not surprised they have a hygiene rating of 2….

   Would give no stars if I could...I cant comment on the food but we had a flyer at work stating they were delivering to businesses between 12PM and 4PM. We looked forward eagerly all week to place a large order for the whole business....yet when Friday came (only 4 days after we got the flyer) no-one answered the phone. One of our staff drove down and the place was closed! Important to note when the chap dropped the flyer off he was keen to tell us about being open during these times! This was hugely disappointing and we won't bother again. This was going to be a very lucrative order for Papa Gino's but they have missed out!

   Ordered a kebab and pizza from here and I won't be ordering again, it turned up over 45 mins late, all food was cold and pizza wasn't even cooked. Had to throw most of the food away and I don't recommend anybody use this restraunt it's a joke. I called the restraunt twice to complain about the wait and had to deal with somebody who all I can say didn't seem interested and that's pitting it a nice way. Worst kebab shop in barnsley.

   They used to be good , last 3 times I have ordered not so good 1. Charged for food food did not arrive it was closed.2. Took well over an hour to arrive made several calls to be Told 10min.3. Ordered received confirmation food never arrived! ! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE at the moment

   Ordered for the first time from here. The food was absolutely disgusting, all cheese was like slop and slid of base when trying to lift it. Had no taste and basically looked like sick on a pizza base. Didn't get all toppings paid for and the chip portion size is laughable. First and last time would never order again.

   Always bigged this pizza place up.. N until now... Have they changed the cooks because tonight the standard was poor... Pizza burnt totally n hardly any topping only ate half cause I'd been working all day n up early tomo.

   Used to be a fantastic takeaway but since it was taken over its awful. The prices are far too high, the food isn't as good and every time we order they make a mistake! Won't be ordering again after giving them years of custom once a week!
