   When I ordered food for a delivery. Everything came cold, even the pitta bread looks anemic and was cold. Garlic mushrooms on the other hand came piping hot, it was ashame it was in the delivery bag and was on it's side so Everything else was covered in Garlic butter. Tasty but cold. And Hot mushrooms. How??? WHY??

   Ordered 3 times now from pizza Jim and 3 times they come with wrong order, tonight will be the last, bag was wet through with juices from meal , absolutely swimming in it, needs mass improvement, meal was disgusting, communication is horrendous, tomatoes was very soft and going off

   Most of the time good pizza, have ordered many times. There have been a number of occasions where the food has arrived cold and calling them up they offer nothing to resolve. Shame these few recent occasions have really let them down. Hopefully just a blip and will be resolved for the next time I order.

   I've been here twice, first time was great and really enjoyed the pizza. Second time we ordered, their pizza oven broke so I asked to be refunded back to card because I hate cash. Lass on the phone said it would be back in a few hours. Rang up the next day to be told that I'd been lied to and it would be the normal 5-10 business days. Rang up again after 10 business days to be told snottily by the manager that I'll get my money eventually he just can't tell me when. I said that I'll just come down and get it in cash and he accepted. After I thought, if he had actually refunded me my money, they'd wait for the refund to come through rather than accepting me having it in cash so fast. Maybe improve your customer service and your ratings on here will actually improve.

   My last (and only) order there - food was nothing special. We ordered, and while waiting outside a local youth decided to harass us for no reason, shouting profanities and acting aggresively (?), drugged out of his mind, so we went inside the shop, where he followed us - and both him and the staff seemed to know each other. I asked the staff to do something, they told me "it's alright", they were obviously embarrassed but also did nothing. And that in my book, is a definition of a dump. Avoid.

   We used to go to this place alot and most of the time it's been excellent. The past few orders we received have been very poor. Food quality has gone down hill and what we recently ordered was worse than ever. It's such a shame!

   The food is nothing like on the pictures at all. I ordered a burger that was worsed in appearance and taste than one from a dodgy car boot sale.! It's not hard to make a burger but their promotional pictures don't tel the truth about what you are getting. There is another takeaway in more closer to us that we will use in the future

   We loved this place but recently not so much! We ordered a chicken garlic mayo wrap with sides when it came it was hot chilli, when we called regarding this she asked if we could scrape the sauce off! They arrived later with our garlic wrap but our sides were cold by this point! A week later we order 2 kebabs, chips and onion rings, and only 1 kebab was warm the rest cold! Order with caution!!!
