   This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, there was a clear lack of basic human interaction. I politely asked to use the bathroom and even offered to leave my card as a guarantee, but I was told no and that I had to order first. That alone already felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. After placing the order, the wrong drink was made, and instead of handling the situation with care, the staff member tried to move cups around in a way that felt careless and unhygienic. What made everything worse was the attitude — the look and body language clearly gave the impression of “I don’t care, you’re not welcome,” which is something no customer should ever feel. Customer service here really needs serious improvement. Everyone can have a bad day, but professionalism, respect, and basic kindness should never be missing. Sadly, this visit left a very negative impression.

   Drinks and service fine, no bins visible? One toilet out of order and the other in use for 15 minutes by a member of staff who left the toilet in a disgusting state! I had to ask for the code to use it from the not very polite barista. Overall would not recommend.

   I had a great experience today at Starbucks thanks to Sammy, who went above and beyond with his service. He took my order accurately, made sure everything was just right, and the drinks and food were absolutely delicious. What really stood out was his thoughtful gesture of serving the order directly to my table, which added a personal and welcoming touch. Sammy’s friendly attitude, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction made my visit truly enjoyable. He’s a great asset to the team — keep up the fantastic work!

   The coffee was good, but the tall size cups were too large for us and we couldn't finish it, and there were no other options smaller than that. We ordered 2 lattes and one croissant for the amount of £8.

   This is a fairly large Starbucks located at City Tower. For such a central location, it was surprisingly quiet when I visited. There's a nice contemporary, spacious and airy feel to this branch. I was served fairly quickly, and able to find a seat. Most of the seating areas have a plug nearby. You'll find your own space here, and feel like you can enjoy your time. Ideal place to grab a coffee and use your laptop for work etc.

   Quite big Starbucks. Very nicely posted social distancing measures. The only gripe is that they don't give receipt. Though I didn't ask for it, it was not even offered in the first place for me and for the 4 other customers that followed me.
