Fuming just paid over Β£6.00 for a toffee nut latte which I wait all year to have as itβs my fav drink !! What I got was a latte with cream and a few sprinkles on the top no syrup no toffee but syrup! I am raging because of the price you pay for these !! Wonβt be getting my service again! The big girl that done my coffee was more interested in looking at everyone rather than paying any attention to what she was doing! Starbucks you have gone right down in my opinion and wonβt be spending any more of my hard earned cash for nothing but a basic latte !!!

Today I have been there in the morning with my friend which was her first time of visiting Manchester and the lady who served us , βNADIAβ on her shirt tag , had lack of communication and hospitality , and she was rolling her eyes over her head when we asked to pay separately . This is out of Starbucks service. Hopefully they learn how to do the job or leave, so the people who are craving for this position ,take it .

On my recent visit to your Arndale Store, I was having a difficult day and decided to treat myself to a coffee to help lift my spirits. I visited the Starbucks inside Arndale Shopping Centre today and was very disappointed. I pointed out to the staff that flies were perching on some of the baked products being displayed for sale β a clear hygiene concern β but instead of addressing it, the lady serving me rudely dismissed my comment and abruptly asked what I wanted. This is unacceptable, both from a food safety perspective and in terms of customer service. I expected better standards from Starbucks.

Bustling place. Seems more patrons asked for to-go. Several freeloaders who took up seats, charge their gadgets without buying anything from the cafe. Feel sad for the cafe.

Attended the Starbucks coffee shop ordering was delightful nice young chap on the till smile on his face pointed out where to wait and collect my order from. However the female making the drinks was obviously having a bad day... no smile and certainly no manners she just left your drink on the side and appeared care less. She really let the experience down.
