   I dont usually buy coffee from train stations because they are expensive. But I really wanted a nice cappucino this morning… Eventough I was asked twice whether I wanted a chocolate on my cappucino or not. I said no. Twice… But guess what’s on my cappucino???? So I am now drinking the worst capuccino for only £4.10.

   Ordered a hot chocolate with cream on top, didn’t try it till my train had left but it was burning hot, not Costa standard but to the point where my mouth still burned 15 minutes after and left a mark on my lip, and the cream they gave me wasn’t whipped cream but the light whip alternative, which isn’t what I asked for, there wasn’t even a queue of people behind me, if I could go back and complain I would but instead I write this, please watch your thermometers when making the drinks!! If I wanted it to be extra hot I would ask!!

   A very busy station but the staff member was bright and cheery even after 9.30pm as folks are trudging between platforms. Really appreciated the big smile, excellent brew and all round good vibes. Thank you.

   This is a great little coffee shop. The lines aren’t very long and they have high-quality coffee. The sweet coffees are terrific and extra sweet. The Americano was even better than Starbucks.

   Worst Costa coffee ever! There was no sweetener and when I asked was answered in a rude manner, "white sugar, brown sugar only" by a man who had the airs of a manager. I said I'm diabetic, was looked down. I brought the coffee cup back empty because there were no bins around and I didn't want to leave it anywhere. I repeat, I brought the cup and kindly asked if they could throw it, the man refused! In times like this when people are cutting on extras, great customer service is a must. Then people go bust and don't understand why and they miss the opportunity to sell more with bad attitude.

   Ordered a caramel cappuccino as my free reward, instead I received an oat wet latte? This was after confirming with the barista my drink. Unfortunately, when i realised i was already on the train and couldn't get it returned, a waste of a free reward drink :(

   Filthy, coffee splatter, syrup leaks, engrained grime in corners . Floor and back room area looks like a scene from a zero rated environmental officers report, sugar and milk area dirty, Foolishly I ordered flat white and hot chocolate, both lukewarm. Informed staff drinks were lukewarm and was told no they are not. Wow will not be returning.
