Ali was awesome today. Super friendly, really helpful, and made the whole experience smooth. The pizza was great too—fresh and delicious. His customer service really stood out and made the visit even better. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend!
The picture speaks for itself. This is how my pizza arrived. Delivered via Uber eats delivery even though I didn't order with them. Absolute shambles it also was even missing toppings. What kind of pizza arrives in this state! I complained and then the 'shift manager' (who spoke no real English) called me up to ask ' what the problem' even though my complaint was lodged in writing. I still remember when this Papa John's was reliable, friendly and tasty but like most things in this country, has gone down hill fast. (we all know why).
Ordered online. Order way quick. Arrived within 40mins. Arrived hot well present.... However it wasn't the best. I felt it lacked alot flavour. But overall no issues.
Ordered my usual pizza of half and half - BBQ chicken classic and the works, and my brother also got another half an half pizza. Placed order at 4:20pm for collection at 5:30pm. We collected, and when I opened my pizza I’d found that they had once again forgotten the BBQ sauce drizzle on top of my BBQ chicken classic. I’ve ordered from this branch many many times before, and this is about the 4th or 5th time where they have forgotten the BBQ sauce on top. I called the store and ask them to make me a new one, because I’d like to receive what I ordered. The member of staff first said that the next time I ordered, I would receive free BBQ sauce next time. I would normally say fine and just accept it, but this time I had had enough as I just wanted what I had originally ordered, and so I insisted that they make me a new one, and their response was to bring the pizza back, and they would just put the BBQ sauce on top, which to me is completely unacceptable as I’d already travelled to the store to collect my food, and by the time I make it there and back the food would be cold. Which brings me to my next point. As I’d ordered for collection at 5:30 at 4:20, what I assume had happened is that they’d made my pizzas far earlier, and just left it under a heat lamp which clearly wasn’t working very well, as the pizza was only barely lukewarm. The cheese was all hard, and all of the toppings had turned rock hard. They also barely gave any toppings, some slices didn’t even have a piece of pepperoni on, barely any meat and everything was just dry. I will not be returning here and will be taking my money elsewhere who can actually quality control their pizzas, or will actually provide appropriate responses to their mistakes.

Turned up like warm and an hour late. Called and was told it was because of traffic. Awful.
I had my first pizza in ages with my Mrs the other night and we thought we would treat ourselves. We ordered 2 large pizzas and a chocolate scrolls desert after finishing a no sugar diet for several weeks. Long story short, the pizzas were not cooked properly and were obviously just chucked in with no prep in advance and the desert was so disappointing that after weeks of no sugar we had one bite each and threw it away. Avoid this branch, papa John's in general is awesome but 100% not this one. You are genuinely better off buying a pizza from the supermarket. 0 stars if possible.
Usually it's a very fast service but yesterday my pizza order took over an hour and 15mins! By that time the pizza arrived it was just warm and the cheese not soft enough but I accepted it because I was too hungry to wait for a fresh batch! Im only 2mins drive away aswell! Customer service was good though they did offer to replace it if it was not hot enough. (They apologies and said this was down to the new driver not having great english who should have delivered to us first but instead went further afield to deliver a order the furest away!)
Wonderful place to order from, I have ordered from there quite a few times. From the website, app or calling them up old school and the food arrives on time and hot like it fresh from my oven! I have had one mistake in the past, I had the wrong side delivered, like all things they can't be perfect every time. Even still one quick and painless phone call and my correct side was sent out and arrived in like 10 minutes! Special thanks to Shane who served my order masterfully and I'm pretty sure ended up dealing with my problem so professionally and quickly. Because of him, I doubt I'll ever go elsewhere.
