Ordered on uber eats only to be told an hour later that my order had been cancelled as it was too far (only 15min drive). Never order from this place its pathetic
Honestly the most over priced and disgusting food you you can buy, would not recommend at all, I paid £9 for a poxy lamb wrap that had hardly anything in it, the lettuce was old and so was the onions and the food tasted like BO, the doner was tastless and dry so not go here.
Honestly the worst service I’ve ever experienced from somewhere, firstly I waited one hour after the latest estimated time, so I rung up to them be told it was going to be 5 minutes. I then waited another 30 mins to which I was then told my driver was in ilford and was told they don’t know how long. Then after 2 hours late, I ring up again, they told me the driver delivered the food and left it outside the door which is 100% a lie as I was sitting by the window by the door the whole time. Wouldn’t arrange a refund when I mentioned that. Thankfully I managed to get refunded from uber.
I ordered food through Uber eats, upon the food arrival the doner meat was old reheated meat oily uneatable food the hot wings where not hot wings that I ordered!!! These wings were also left over old dried wings of the night. I called the driver straight away asking him to take the food, however the driver said he will ask the manager to call me who did and said he will deliver me food next time all free of the same items but fresh. And to contact them. So I did today and they said no I need to order through Uber and they will give me something free…like is this a joke!!! The man I spoke to has no respect and disgusting attitude. Food quality is appalling, I will be escalating this with Uber and the council to how is it okay for these places able to serve food to people. I come from the catering industry and I will be sending the health and safety to your place. I’ve got proof of how your food quality was. Lying, why you businesses think it’s okay to eat people hard earned money to provide such bad quality food and Uber allows this. You should not be in the food industry. I have attached picture of the food Receipt and screenshot from Uber suggesting to contact the restaurant as you manage your own delivery, which I did promise was not for filled I wanted to be refunded as I was put off but then thought okay you know let’s see… when I spoke to this unreasonable man today I told him I’ll pay you cash for the delivery of the driver!! I have escalated these matter with Uber eats. It’s principal and customer service, which clearly this place doesn’t care about
Wasted £24, on three Overcooked Cheese naans with toppings they weren't pizzas. Barely any tomato Puree on the pizzas and cheese was overdone. Dry and bland. Surprising from a pizza shop. Had way better ar Pizza Hot ilford. Won't bother here anymore.
TRY AND TO AVOID THIS PLACE. I visited this place on New Year's Eve when it reopened after refurbishment. I made an order with a card payment. The gentleman wanted to charge me £5.00 on card when my order cost me £4.49. The man just said "it was okay". I then saw another man working behind him in the kitchen. I saw him sneezing in his hands. Instead of him washing his hands after sneezing, he simply chose to wipe his hands on some used cloth and carried on working. Several minutes later, I saw him handling raw chicken when he was about to fry the chicken in the kitchen. When the other man asked me which drink I wanted as part of my order, I couldn't see any drinks as the fridge which stored the drinks was located right at the back of the shop. If I was anybody, I would rather spend my money at Lakers in Chadwell Heath on the other side of the street which offers better customer service without ripping anyone off and practicing better hygiene standards.
I ordered a pizza meal the food itself weren’t to bad but I’m disgusted at how they don’t answer the phone so I can complain as I was eating my pizza I felt a sharp dig in my gum I spat my food out and found a bit of metal reminds me of the silver metal scourer
Tell the Manager, to tell the Staff that was working today at 2 am, to make a burger and then tell the Manager to slap that burger on the staff memebers face. We are covid positive and at home. We were hungry so ordered food. The burger was drenched in burger sauce and the bread was so wet it was breaking. We couldnt eat. Shameless, you're taking our money but giving us something inedible.
