   We sat outside with my Disable brother and his partner in a wheelchair with two assistant dogs and myself, I have a hearing problem. We asked to be called when ready as we were sat outside, she called our name in the store with the doors closed. We waited 20 minutes and our drinks were cold and the cream on the hot chocolate( nearly warm ) had melted. Her attitude when questioned was totally unexceptable and uncaring. You need to speak to this person. I will never set a foot in Starbucks again.

   A great little stop off in Deansgate and time to take a coffee and a cake. Inside and outside sitting areas and lots of room. There are two bathrooms which are clean and multi gender for ease. Soft seating areas inside and tables with tables outside too on a large area if you want to take a smoke or something. Lots of cakes as usual in the shop and always freshly made as is the coffee

   Horrible customer service from a lady in particular. I went around 3.31 pm on a Saturday so whoever was at the for front on the till at that time needs to fix her attitude. It’s horrible.

   Good starbucks, clean and well presented and a nice vibe. The coffee drinks were good and the staff were really nice and friendly. The only reason that this isn't a 5* is because the toilets were a bit small and not well laid out inside making the sink difficult to use and the furniture was well worn and could do with replacing. Would definitely again though.

   The quality of the drinks can vary depending on which Starbucks you visit, but I found this one to be very good. Staff were friendly, drinks were made quickly and the café was clean. There's a fairly nice seating area outside, but, while it's not tiny, it's a little more open-plan and there is less room than some larger Starbucks that have lots of space upstairs. Excellent for takeaway, and fine for a short 10 minute sit inside but perhaps a little loud and busy with a regular stream of people coming in and out if you're looking for somewhere to sit for longer time or to do some work.

   Lovey coffee shop. They made an excellent flat white with coconut milk and a nice peach iced tea too. It was clean inside and the staff were friendly. They also had a nice selection of Starbucks merchandise and cafetière coffee beans.
