   Clear to see they’re very understaffed but the man on the till and women on the bar making drinks are the most loveilest and makes the best drinks especially the eggnog lattes. Doing amazing!

   Some of the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered in a SBs… blunt, hostile, and passive aggressive…I think we all know who they are (blondes). Some of the lowest levels of customer service I’ve ever seen. Then there are some lovely ones too which save the store, it’s unfortunate that they get their reputation ruined by association. On the plus side, it’s spacious with plenty of parking. They could easily have accommodated a drive through though.

   We we're served by Rey (sorry if the spelling isn't right) who's training, what a lovely guy. Genuinely doing his job so well, the costumer service he provided today was fantastic. So nice to see this in the world where costumer service is disappearing. Rachel who served me later was lovely also! Good luck in your first job Ray, you're doing amazing!

   They make great caramel frappuccinos for what it's worth and it's warm inside the shop, the staff are nice and efficient, but the cleanliness genuinely needs to be better. The table I was sitting at was not cleaned, and the cream and sugar stations didn't look very tidy.

   Service is very quick and normally very good. The seating area lacks adequate chairs, and there are too many students with laptops taking up the available seating. Clearly, most are sat there for the day using the electricity and heating. The long opening hours are excellent, and although cleaning standards are slowly dropping, it's not bad.

   I had a hot chocolate and a slice of lemon loaf. The hot chocolate was warm at best, but very nice. The slice of lemon loaf was stale but edible and tasty. The staff were great and can't be faulted. The atmosphere was a bit too characterless for my liking, but I could see how others might like it.

   Really great lay out. Loads of room between tables unlike most coffee shops. Subtle lighting and barely any reflective surfaces. Very sensory friendly.
