   Had (half) a matcha with regular milk for £4:40. It was the worst I have had possibly ever and the most expensive in this country. The manager listened to my complaint reasonably well but refused to accept there was any issue and said it’s ceremony grade even though they excessively dilute it and it’s prepared through a squeezy plastic bottle like raspberry on an ice cream and he’s never had a complaint about matcha before even though it’s in another review. Staff are friendly though.

   Dreadful customer service experience today. Arrived with my young son and purchased a flat white, carrot cake and orange juice. We took a seat outside whilst the flat white was being prepared and my son decided to take a bite from a sausage roll he had in his bag from the local independent bakery in the market place. As I came back to the counter to collect my drinks and Cake I was rudely told you cant eat food from outside here ! I was shocked at the lack of any customer service and rude abrupt nature of the member of staff in glasses serving. I said he is a child taking a bite from a sausage roll we had purchased earlier in the day to which I was starred at and the staff member in glasses disappeared in the back so I was let at the counter totally confused ....after a few minutes another male member of staff appeared and with the same complete lack of any customer service just repeated you can eat food here not purchased from the cafe, to which I explained that he is a child taking one bite from a sausage roll. By this time the flat white, cake and orange juice had been placed on the counter and I just said I will have a refund then as I had not touched any of the items purchased as completely shocked by the experience and we didn't want to stay as my son was getting upset. The male employee then told me that I was not entitled to a refund as they had made the drink !!! I had honestly had enough and just left the premises as my son was getting upset. Shocking customer experience after a young child takes a bite from a sausage roll... will not return as sadly customers are not priority

   Random stop for coffee. After visiting Bolton Museum for the Reebok Exhibition, I strolled into Bolton looking around the market place. Up the escalators and to the left I saw this coffee shop. It looked clean, attractive and modern so I checked it out. When I entered I saw I could order a coffee on the tablet display stand. Making my order was easy and straightforward. After I paid, I saw a member of staff making my drink straight away. It was a Saturday around 1.30pm. The coffee came in a paper cup and lid and I took a seat outside the shop but inside the cordons. The coffee, a latte, was great tasting, and presented well. Just what I needed. I recommend this place if you're around Bolton town centre.

   I didn't think it possible to ruin a cappuccino but I guess Klubb Coffee have succeeded where others have failed. If I wanted a cup of lukewarm milk, slightly flavoured with cheap coffee, I'd have stayed at home and opened a sachet.

   Chose to support this independent coffee shop instead of a big chain only to find the gentleman working Wednesday afternoon to have the customer service skills of a brick wall. Had coffees and fed my hungry baby at Costa instead where we felt very welcome, despite also being close to closing time. Won't ever consider this place again.

   Good coffee and cake nice staff clean environment..... Do you need more? Ahh indeed you do there's a toilet very close by too with baby changing from recall. Fairly perfect, on the day a record fair.... Perfect indeed.....

   The coffee is good, but can take ages for them to make it. Had a tuna melt ciabatta which was ok. Daughter had a chocolate brownie which she said was nice. The staff are pleasant and polite. Tables always clean. On the expensive side.
