   The wrong food was delivered to the above address. I contacted the restaurant and asked them to send the correct food. The food they delivered hadn't been touched and i left it on the side for them to come and collect and to deliver the right food. The restaurant said "no problem" and i gave them the address again and they said they would send the food. it had been an hour so i called again and they said it would be half an hour. i waited 45 minutes and still no sign. that's 2 hours i've waited for my food and 2 hours the wrong food had been sat waiting. I contacted the restaurant again and asked where my food was and they said it would be another 30 mins due to them fasting. i said okay i waited 30 minutes and couldn't deal with it any longer i was getting frustrated now as id been lied to 3 times. They then said that there was actually never a driver on the way and they delivered the wrong food and we had to deal with it. I'm absolutely appalled at the customer service i received from this restaurant. LYING TO CUSTOMERS? they deserve to be shut down. never will i ever ever shop here or at another dixcy chicken again.|

   Had a delivery from here, ordered food at 7:40pm by 9:10pm nothing. Called them four times kept getting told 20min, driver just left. Finally at 9:20 when my food arrived the driver was laughing and saying we are really busy, to which I said why didn’t you call me saying we are running late would you like to pick your food up?! Food was cold and the chicken was pink and tasted awful and my pizza was cold no napkins or sauce was given. I will not order from here again, poor service, waited ages and poor quality food useless staff.

   'Under New Management' seems to consist of 3 young guys out to make a quick buck by selling dry chicken that has been hanging around a while. Prices outside are apparently the 'old prices' so if you order by price they tell you the prices have gone up. They don't tell you that the prices inside are the old prices too - until you've paid by card and you check your banking app to see how much has been deducted. They still don't tell you what they have charged (and there is no receipt). Another thing - the state of the servers trainers, (who was the only guy doing anything). I know its an odd thing to comment on - but they were dirty and manky as we would say around here. Doesn't make you feel very confident about the cleanliness of the rest of the place. Fries cooked to order, but ate the chicken with a worry that I would be ill - and threw most of the seasoned skin away because it was tough. 1st and last time there for me.

   Went there to make a decent size order. Asked if it was ready and the guy said yes, as soon as the ping sounded on the card machine he told me that it would be 7 minutes, which we wasn't happy with. After that we got home to unpack it and there was about 1/3 of the meal missing. I drove back there and told them, not 1 apology or a little extra for the drive back. There is no chance I would go back there. Rube isn't the word I would use. If I could use 0 stars I would

   Why bother listing delivery avaliable when your driver refuses to deliver, if there's snow then set it to collection only. You're just ruining your reputation like that. Disappointing.

   Good customer service but they keep rasing the prices enit and the food sometimes is nice but sometimes it just give you food poisoning and they r so stingy with the sauce they got enough to feed a Mexican family but be giving u one sauce for 3 meals

   Ordered a tandoori pizza got the taotally wrong chicken phoned them and they said it might not of been marinated it was quite clearly not what I ordered and customer skills a terrible won’t be ordering again it’s a shame as I have used them quite a bit but the last 2 orders totally wrong.

   Ordered pizza quite a few times now,, can declare them fresh and tasty. Considering they only just put menus out. The new menu prices have all jumped up a bit. As such check your menu and total when ordering off the menus that came through the door and make sure you are using the newest one. Otherwise it's possibly gonna be more than you thought. Btw, they are cash only.
