The staff Mr Dave charged me extra incorrectly. When I try to talk to him about this, he was very rude and impolite. Check carefully what they charged on your bill.
Disinterested staff, toilets too small to get in, shop dirty, coffee bad and no cash taken. More interested in profit than delivering a good product. Next time I'll go to Greg's as at least it'll be cheap
Four members of staff, all young girls. Stood in front of the counter for a good 6 minutes before anyone actually acknowledged me. Then took my order without so much as a hello or thank you, it then took another customer to actually prompt the girls who were just standing around chatting to even acknowledge the queue of orders waiting for them to begin making any drinks. Last two days in a row have used the drive through and had poorly made drinks also. Do not recommend.
Disappointed very much a Starbucks that’s does not except cash. However I’m sure they have there reasons as a franchise not offering a good customer experience to save themselves from banking duty. It would be useful to have clear signage to state this before driving from the highway and parking the car. Not at all happy and only being informed once at the till very poor service. On the bright side the coffee was excellent
To be fair it's probably the best starbucks I've been to and I visit starbucks almost everyday. •Parking was great. •Staff were friendly & made personalised drink perfectly. • inside was spacious and welcoming I'm going to go back again tomorrow!
This Starbucks is located in the newly built Parr bridge retail park. I visited by drive through on a Saturday midday. Compared to other Starbucks the que was significantly shorter. The service was really quick and the coffee tasted nice. I did order a croissant which I assumed would have been warm (standard for Bolton store). Building was modern and clean.
Pre orderd on the app, with an estimated pick up time of 5-7 minutes. Took 40 minutes from ordering to receiving my drinks. After half an hour I approached the counter to ask where our order was, to be told there was a backlog, the staff at the counter didn't even ask for the order details to check. When the drink finally arrived they were lukewarm at best and all the whipped cream had dissolved, leaving a half empty drink. I suspect they had been sat on the side for at least 15 minutes. Awful service, would not go back.
Good coffee, well made flat white and the usual plant milks available as well as dairy. I've used the drive thru here a couple of times and it was generally quick and efficient. In store it's all pretty new and clean.
