   One of the best Starbucks i have been to. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was served by a person named Esme who was very professional and served me quickly with a great quality coffee. 10/10 would recommend

   This is a nice Starbucks location on Manchester Road, which isn’t too far away from the town centre of Bolton, and beverage/service quality is regularly up to a good standard. This is a franchise location, but you can still use your Starbucks Card and Rewards here as normal, and for the 2025 Festive Range, the drinks are actually cheaper here than in the corporate-owned locations! I’ve visited this café many times over the past couple of years, with my favourite beverages including the limited-time ones — Iced Pistachio Latte, Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte and the Iced White Mocha Shaken Espresso. The staff are friendly, happy to chat, and provide good service too, which creates a positive atmosphere around the café area. The food and merchandise selection always seems to be well-stocked. There is a drive-thru for those taking their coffee to go, while those who wish to sit inside will find a good amount of seating, including plug sockets. I would like to see more comfortable seats in the café area though, as there are a lot of hard wooden chairs, and the more comfortable seating gets taken up fast.

   I was in Starbucks on Manchester Rd. It takes,a ling time to get your coffee. Tables not cleaned. zmost of all I needed the toilet and it was disgusting. toilet brush looked as though it had never been cleaned. I won't be going to this shop again.

   The service here is absolutely shocking. When trying to use a discount code I got refused and told that the code wasn’t used in this store. The manager who spoke to me was rude and the girl with bleach blonde hair who was also on shift was even ruder. Shouting at me through the window. I will not be going back here and suggest Starbucks rethink their staffing and hire people with good communication skills instead of people who shout at customers through the window.

   Very very dirty. I recommend the manager to really do something because there are 4-5 staff and even though its not busy (3-4 people inside) nobody cares to clean the seats, tables etc. The floor is so dirty and sticky. The tables? I was scared to put my keys and phone there as it was so stained and filthy. Common people lets be honest you need to keep the place clean and welcome. We wanted to sit and drink our drinks inside but decided to drink in the car.

   Usually efficient with friendly staff. However, this afternoon at 4:30pm wasn’t one of those days. Some orders were wrong and I should’ve said something but didn’t have a friendly experience at the till. I was told off for not queueing when in fact I did, when I ordered the second time around. There’s a more respectful way of saying things but I understand if the staff weren’t having a good day. I will still come back with my friends but we’re all hoping for a slightly better experience next time.

   I ended up in this starbucks this morning after an absolutely awful morning. The girls who were working were beyond kind, caring and compassionate. They made an awful morning a bit better and made me an excellent drink too. They are a real credit to your company !

   Very busy store with a very busy carpark. I usually do drive through here and find the service is good. Was hard to get a parking spot. Almost gave up and went elsewhere. Luckily as I was about to leave we spotted someone getting in their car and reversed back in. Glad we did. Very pleasant atmosphere. Lots of people in alone on laptops I noticed. Would be a good quiet place to work for a couple of hours.

   Used to be good place to drink coffee, last few months became a place where I get stressed more rather than have my cup of coffee and relax. Everything takes ages, very dirty, ask if you stay in and then serve with take away cup, toilets always out of toilet rolls. Very dirty place. I hope you can go back to the good place we used to come and enjoy our time in!

   Drive through order was made at Starbucks Manchster Road. The drinks sound like nice refreshing flavour however they just are not flavoursome or refreshing enough. Starbucks recipes could be made better matching their heavy marketing. Summer drinks are not worth the price you pay.
